You must give these a go if you have the symptoms.
I have suffered with abdominal upset and pain for some time. This product brought me immediate relief. It seems the pain was caused by trapped wind. Almost from the first day the upset and pain was gone. I donโt notice any changes in my sleeping pattern but I sleep well so, no problem. The pills are small and very easy to take and the bottle lasts two months. I cannot recommend this product highly enough.

Great budget buy for a newbie to gut health
I bought these as I read recently that an unhealthy gut can cause sinus problems which I suffer with. Iโm only a week in so Iโm unsure if they have helped with that issue, but can honestly say they have helped with other issues. Having struggled with regular toilet trips for all my life, since starting these they have obviously helped with my digestive system as I am so much more regular. My bloated tummy is gone and I feel and look fatter in that area. I also feel as though I am sleeping better too, not waking in the night as much as I have previously. Because of the reviews I started with just one tablet per day and have built up to two as the thought of tummy issues didnโt sell it for me. Not sure if itโs a coincidence or not but I do feel better in myself from taking these. Great quality and good value for money. Definitely something I will buy again.

It had a good effect on me. I take several vitamins so I can't specifically single it out. But it definitely helped improve my well-being and sleep.

Easy to take no taste .
Value for money as many supplements are expensive these are a good price . I didn't taste anything when taking them I didn't notice any energy level changes which I was expecting as they are gut settlers .Easy to swallow as they are small tablets and they seem to be working .
