This really helps a lot with sleep. Taste is great it doesn’t taste like no medicine or anything gives me energy.

I appreciated the many types of magnesium. The taste was a little strong, but I watered it down and sometimes mixed it with sparkling water and ice to make it like a treat drink.

This is exactly what I needed. Works as recommended and the taste is good. Can be a little chalky but if you mix it well is tolerable. Would recommend.

I think it’s a high quality product with a lot of effort put into it. Could be a little more economically priced, there is some room for improvement there. But otherwise that’s it, I buy it whenever I need it
