I am a 34DD , 140 pounds . After an augmentation . Straps are not adjustable . Has two rows of hooks in front and even on the tightest , was still not too tight. I would consider a small if firm compression is needed . Material is slightly itchy and thin, not as thick and high quality as it appeared and honestly for the price I expected better quality . If you need very firm compression or small narrow shoulders I would size down or go with a different bra. Excellent for sleeping . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ PERFECT for sleeping *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on January 6, 2023* I bought this bra to wear post-surgery because it had the front-closure and looked incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, it has very little support to it, so it wasn't great for right after surgery. BUT... it has been WONDERFUL as a sleep bra. I am a 38G and the girls need a little bit of support, even at night, and this bra gives you just that - a modicum of support. The fabric is incredibly soft, the seams are smooth, everything fits and feels great. I actually thought all the hooks in front would irritate my sensitive skin when I tossed and turned at night - but I've never even noticed them.In fact, there is only one downside to this bra - I have now reached the age where "cheater glasses" are necessary for reading, and the black of the bra is so dark it makes it a little bit hard to see the hooks and hook it properly unless I'm standing next to a lamp. Oh the joys of getting older... But I still highly recommend this one if you are looking for just a little support and a whole lot of comfort! ### ⭐⭐ Bottom band rolls/rides up making this bra uncomfortable for post surgical wear *by K***S on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on October 28, 2022* My surgeon recommended this bra for post-reduction surgery but I found it very uncomfortable. It’s good and stretchy but that was about the only positive. I read a lot of reviews before I purchased it and wish I would have believed them. The straps do not adjust and the bottom band won’t stay put - it rolls up which causes it to ride/ball up against the incisions under the breast which is exactly what you are NOT supposed to let happen immediately after breast surgery. Perhaps this design just doesn’t fit my frame - I’m very small framed (32 band) and even after my reduction I was still a D/DD. I tried all three sizes - which was a pretty expensive experiment because I couldn’t return them once I opened them and none of them worked. There was just no size in this bra that the shoulder straps didn’t hang off my small frame (I needed to be able to shorten them) nor would the bottom stay in place (it rolled up and onto the incisions on all three sizes).
