Good value, good price and good vibrations!
Easy to assemble, works well and has a good level of vibration. It appears to be well built and should hold together for a long time. A good buy for the money.

Shake and Break
I went to therapy and they started me out on this type of Vibrating Machine. It helps to get your blood circulating. I rather have this one versus the other one without the safety bars. I also like the arm attachments. Great value for the money.

DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY!!!!
I ordered this because my 12 yr old grandson uses something similar in his gym and thought it would be a good addition to our developing home gym. Well, this thing is definitely not!!!! I would need a book to write all the negative things about this machine. If I had the box, I would take this thing apart and return it. Let's begin with just the fact that it states it will hold up to 330lbs. The plate itself maybe but not designed for someone that large to actually use. Some of the "exercises" it says you can do can in no way handle someone of that size. I'm half that and I still can't get in those positions. For examples (and see the actual photos in the manual), the position to do "Legs, Shoulders, Waist and Abs" requires sitting on the plate with legs folded and holding on to top of handrails. Are you kidding? There is no way someone even my size can get down to do that. The base is in no way wide enough for that, plus you would need someone to turn the thing on and to set the program because you cannot do it while you're sitting down and would not be safe to try to turn it on then sit down. Next, is for Legs and Waist (see picture in manual). Instructions say "sit sideways on the plate with legs straight, raising arms and grabbing handrail. Are you serious??? There is no way in the world someone larger than me can do this. I can't even do this. My 12 yr old grandson can just get in the thing and has the room and is in no way overweight. Impossible!!!!! And again, who is going to turn it on, or help you get out of the thing???? The position that is the biggest joke is "Full Body" (see manual). Instructions say, "Lay prone (belly down), on the plate with the support column between your upper legs, knees bent, and your feet pushed against the support column". IMPOSSIBLE. Picture shows your entire midsection to pelvis on the plate, but in reality, the only thing that would be on the plate for me or anyone larger would be the thighs if that, and the belly would be hanging on the edge or on the floor. If you have large legs, you know how hard they are to bend like a pretzel. I'd feel really bad for a male to do try this. My 12 yr old grandson got in the position and even said "no way". And once more, who is going to turn the thing on. It is a very poor design for the people and positions it claims. Its overpriced and I would NEVER recommend it. I wish I had saved the box, though it was in poor condition when I got it, because it would not be in my house now. Lesson - don't get rid of the box!!! Frankly, don't waist your money!!!!!!
