It makes my skin feel softer. I was told that an amonium lactate lotion will help with crepey skin over time as long as I stay diligent and consistent with putting this lotion on, eating healthy, putting on my sunscreen, and getting plenty of rest. Patience and diligence are needed for seeing improvements, but this makes my skin feel softer from the first time I used it. It has a mild sour scent like yogurt. It goes away after about 5 minutes, but I expect that scent with any amonium lactate type of lotion. I'm really glad it has no added fragrance. I can use a body spray or perfume if I want fragrance. This lotion is very comparable to the brand name. The ingredients are very similar. The lotion has a thick consistency. It turns white on skin when it's being rubbed in, but it absorbs and totally disappears after it's completely rubbed in. I'll see if this is effective in helping me with crepey skin. I don't expect to see possible results with that for about a year.

Works great on dry feet. Within a couple of days my dry skin was gone. You do need to shake it as indicated on the bottle with each use. Some people that found the lotion very thick may want to try shaking it to see if that helps. It does have a slight chemical smell that dissipates fairly quickly but when I use it on my legs I top it off with scented lotion anyway. I have purchased this four times now and it works the best on my dry skin.

excellent cream for super dry skin. lasts a long time-a little goes a long way. really has no scent, just a heavy duty moisturizing cream. perfect for recovery after an injury/wound.

The lotion bottles arrived in good condition, the lotion is a good consistency, and we hope this product will be effective as it's our first time using a lactic acid lotion to try to soften crusty, rough skin due to edema in the legs. Four stars as it's been a day since we received the product.

This cream really works to smooth your skin. I have lymphedema, and my skin gets very dry and scaly when I put this on in the morning after washing my skin stay smooth all day. It’s so nice not to feel Scally anymore.

It healed a sore I had for over a year. My skin is back to normal now. There isn't even a scar.

Very smelly but effective. If you can stand the smell of rotten milk. Still works just don't be around anyone.

This has really softened by skin. I was using this for acanthosis nigricans, no improvement in that but skin is super soft.

Really helps with dry feet and nails. My nails are pink again and my feet as silky soft. I use it before bed. Absolutely love this product.

This product is useless. I can't see any difference after using it on my skin
