This is my second LG Gram 17. I bought the first for the incredibly light weight (under 3 lbs), the generous screen size, and the great battery life. It delivered on all three and continues to hold up well after over 4 years of daily use (I use a desktop beast as my primary computer, but I use the Gram every day as well, and for travel). Now that the Pro has GeForce graphics, it works as an option for my wife's primary PC, so I bought her one! The build quality is noticeably improved from my 4 yr old Gram, and I expect great things.

Very simply I wanted a lightweight high tech laptop with a long lasting battery and this is better in both respects. Every time I go to move it I am still (after a month) surprised by its light weight. Especially considering the fast response and beautiful picture. The support online prior to purchase was very thorough. New exactly what I was getting and not surprised by anything left out. Very happy with this laptop.

This is my 3rd LG Gram 17" and a nice improvement from the 2021 version that I had last. Previously I had the Samsung Galaxy book 4 ultra I9 and let me tell you that thing was a piece of junk. It took 3 tries (3 months) to get Samsung to fix the problem (BSOD) before they finally tossed up their hands and said they would refund the full amount of my purchase. The LG Gram battery life on this appears to be pretty good, I am getting around 8-9 hrs of light usage. Though I am still tweaking things, so it might get better. The keyboard is definitely an improvement from the 2021 gram and the chassis is a huge improvement in that the screen/lid isn't so flimsy. There doesn't seem to be much bloat on this thing, so that was nice. Overall I am pleased with the purchase and would highly recommend to anyone else looking for a lightweight business laptop. Update: after turning off the keyboard light, i am getting about 9-11 hours of battery with light use. So definitely a huge improvement on previous LG grams I have had in the past. Update 09/27/24: LAPTOP died on me while i was working and will not power on.. SOB. I just bought this laptop less than a month ago after dealing with BSOD on the new Samsung galaxy ultra for 3 months. What is wrong with Korean MFG laptops lately?

So far the laptop seems to be pretty solid. Haven't had any issues with it so far. What I really want to review is the charging setup that was sent with this product. I bought this "used-like new" not realizing that at first, but didn't realize I wasn't going to get a charging cord. It came with a AC USB A to C block and chord, but it is short; a little over 3'. This is not long enough to use and be on the laptop at the same. Also, this doesn't even have enough power to charge it. The only way I am able to charge it is by plugging it in to the docking station I am using from my work setup. I would have expected to have all the appropriate components, even though it is a "used" product. If I was buying this from some garage sale, I could see this, but not here. For $1,800, I'd expect better quality with every piece that comes with the product!

This is a most amazing laptop. Powerful, very lightweight, and bright, sharp screen.

Very light and fiull complement of ports. Three stars because the most it lasts on battery at least for me is 3 hours and performance for the price is lacking

This is the most elegant, lightweight laptop I've ever bought. Very good performance and easy to set up. Have not seen better value for money.
