Does anyone know of reputable reviews of whether or not this actually enhances hydration?

It contains electrolytes, so it should enhance hydration. It does taste delicious.

I avoid caffeine myself. Pure Kick "Energy" has caffeine but the "Hydrate" has only electrolytes, like Gatorade. I drink the Citrus Hydrate, love the flavor and no caffeine, which I am sensitive to as well.

How can you call this "Pure Kick" when it has the psycoactive sweetner aspertame?
