Is this the red topped one from Switzerland, that is shown in the photo? Or does the lid have a different color?

It’s a red top but it’s not the same from Switzerland . I thought it was also, it’s different . My daughter in law is from Switzerland and said this one is used in England and France but the Switzerland one is different . I think it’s a green cap . Different ingredients , but still pretty good .

Msg is one specific of the main components of this. add salt and almost all the things listed minus the msg and you have your healthy seasoning?

As far as I know, only online. The stores around here stopped selling it years ago, although they still carry many other Knorr products.

Does this taste the same as the savoury version?
