Perfect Grill for the whole family
Our family absolutely loves this Chefman 5-in-1 Digital Panini Press Grill! We use it almost every day — from delicious paninis for lunch to perfectly grilled chicken, veggies, and even breakfast pancakes. It heats up super fast, and the digital temperature control makes it easy for everyone in the family to use, even the kids. The reversible plates are a big plus — easy to remove and clean in the dishwasher. We also like that it opens flat to make a big grill surface for family BBQ nights indoors. It’s sturdy, stylish, and works better than we expected. Highly recommend — this Chefman grill made cooking fun again for all of us!

Great panini grill
Love this panini maker and grill. Made all kinds of sandwiches, grilled arepas, thin chicken cutlets. Plates are not removable but clean up fairly easily with paper towels.

Perfect sandwich every time
This panini press grill is a game-changer in my kitchen! It heats up quickly and cooks evenly, making perfectly crispy sandwiches every time. I’ve used it not just for paninis, but also for grilling veggies, quesadillas, and even chicken—it works great for all of them. The non-stick surface makes cleanup super easy, and the compact design is perfect for small kitchen spaces. It’s simple to use and delivers delicious results. Highly recommend for anyone who loves quick, tasty meals!

No temp control, but food turned out well
The temperature gauge on my previous panini maker stopped working properly after 12 years, and I needed to replace it. After reading reviews, I chose this grill, but I didn't pay attention to a couple of details. Namely, that this model does not even have a temperature gauge or variable cook temps. Overall, I am still satisfied with how it cooks. Some pros and cons: Pros: Heats up quickly; easy to clean (relative to the model I used to have); happy with how it cooks. The fact that the grill plates can open to make one flat grilling surface is useful. I will be using it this winter to (try to) grill burgers and vegetables. It's much lighter than my last model and consequently feels cheaper. Maybe applicance makers have found lighter metals to use in the past 12 years? It IS easier to get it in and out of my cabinets, and it's easier to hold over the sink to clean. But I do wonder about its quality. Cons: No temperature control dial. You plug the grill in and unplug it. It's either on or off. Therefore, you have to watch your food more closely because it could burn. I have grilled a naan panini and a piece of sourdough bread for avocado toast so far. I normally would turn down the tempature once the crust is crispy to melt the cheese on a sandwich. But I can't do that with this model. I'm not sure how the lack of temp control will affect burgers and chicken when it's used as a grill. There's no low and slow on this grill. Overall, I like how crispy it got the bread I used. But I did have to stand with it and rotate my bread a couple of times to ensure it cooked evenly and didn't burn.

Great grill for ‘regular’ cooks.
For just my mom and myself, this is wonderful. I am her only caregiver and was getting bored with what I was offering her. Partly because I live in Seattle and partly because we are 71 and 93 years old respectively, outdoor grilling is more than I am willing to take on for a meal. I have used this to grill fresh veggies, steak, pork chops and ham, and cheese sandwiches. All with beautiful grill marks. This would be a great, affordable grill for people like me who are not top-level chefs. The CONS to this particular grill are that it does not have exchangeable plate with a flat surface and the heat level is not adjustable. For two old ladies with questionable cooking skills this grill did the job!

Makes a nice grilled cheese
Dig this, gets nice and hot... You have to goof with it a little to get the press to pivot on top. You can't adjust temp if that's important to you. Fits 2 Sandy's. Cleans easily with paper towel

Can't clean easily.
Great grill. The flaw back is the trays that aren't removeable. After cooking I can't remove trays to clean. The whole panini grill has to be carefully cleaned one groove at a time.
