I had my doubts if this would work but it worked super well. My son’s ear was basically completely clogged of wax and we used this a couple times and he said he can hear better than before! A lot of gunk came out and he said he could feel it working. Great value, no battery required-just a press of a button, no noticed leaking, easy to clean and use.

This works great. It wont hurt your self or small kids. My kid has a problem with eat wax and this cleans it out and it dont complain about any pain and doesn't show any pain. So if you are worried about pain there wont be any. My kiddo specialty doctor told me to get this so I can do it from home

I bought this earwax remover because my daughter is allergic to cotton; this product works really well for me, and it is very easy to use and clean.

At least that’s what the ENT I had to see after using this product thinks. I wasn’t overzealous about how I used it. I followed the instructions to a t. I used one part hydrogen peroxide and four parts water. My left ear was fine. It got some wax out but not much. My right ear, on the other hand? It started off fine. It was getting quite a bit of wax out which was great. But then, the last time I used it, I felt this searing, horrible pain that stretched from inside my ear into my jaw. It was so bad, I was screaming and crying. I immediately stopped using the product and waited until the pain had passed before realizing that I could barely hear anything out of that ear. It felt so full and there was so much pressure. I waited a few days to see if it subsided but it didn’t so I made an appointment with an ENT. The ENT looked into my ear and noticed a small hole in my ear drum. Whether it came from using this or not is tough to say but he wasn’t sure if I would ever regain my full hearing in that ear (which really sucks because I’m already deaf in my left ear). He said he wished people wouldn’t use products like this if they’re not trained in removing ear wax. It’s so easy to puncture your ear drum. Now I have to be aware of anything else unusual that might happen in my ear as a hole in my ear drum is an easy way for bacteria and other stuff to get in and cause an inner ear infection. He prescribed me antibiotics just to be on the safe side. And I have to go back in a few weeks to see how the hole is progressing in its healing. If it’s not, I might have to have surgery to fix it. All in all, I would not recommend this to anyone. Not even my own worst enemy.

Does not work. Assembles easily but does not draw water from the bottle when assembled. I tried using it too late after purchase so no return available. $15 in the garbage. Made in China. Figures. Update May 6 2026 - after reading my review the manufacturer reached out to provide a refund. Instead I requested a product that worked. They sent a replacement and it does work. It provides targeted waterflow in good measure (not too weak, not too strong) into your ear canal to soften and dislodge wax or debris. It is easy to assemble, comes with several tips and does what it says. A step up from the old bulb method.

Good quality and works well. Just have to be careful when pressing the button so that it does not pop out, but cleans as well or better than the rechargeable ones
