Would this also fit a toddlers knee ?

Depends on age and size. It just fits my daughters arm. Plus the velcro pops off easy. There is a black one that is bigger and longer velcro that i got too. It would be better. Could you just use an ace wrap and cardboard (for the lateral aspects of knee as a brace) for knee?
