Nordic Ware Naturals Quarter Sheet, 2-Pack, Natural

I have time in my mornings, but never have much time for dinner prep by the end of the day so after I make our breakfasts in the morning, I get a head start and prep as much as I can for dinner. I bought 3 of these to use as prep trays and they are just great for that. There are 2 (sometimes 3) in our household and these trays are a great size. Most of the time, I use these for vegetable prep, but I also use them for my proteins. Proteins can sit in seasonings or marinades, or just rest after being cleaned or cut. What's nice about using it for proteins, is that if roasting or baking, I don't even have to transfer to (and dirty) another pan. The pan can go straight from the refrigerator right into the oven. These are thick enough that they conduct and retain heat and do not warp at all. I also like that the edges of these are rolled and don't flare out. What this means is that they stack very well and are also very space efficient. I looked at several other pans of the same size that have flared handholds on the sides. Though convenient, these flared handles take up space in the refrigerator and make them a little more cumbersome to store. I haven't thrown these into the dishwasher, but a few minutes of soaking makes quick work of anything baked on. Slight scratches have appeared, but nothing that's more than aesthetic.

I use it as a base for reheating leftovers, catching drips under pies, and even as a cooling rack when I rest it on top of a wire frame. The raised edges are the perfect height to contain juices without making it difficult to slide a spatula under whatever you're cooking. This sheet tray has exceeded my expectations. Nice for cooking and as a snack/meal tray. Do not bleach them. Easy to clean with soaking and sometimes a steel wool pad. Wash by hand to maintain the original color.

For baking sheets, Nordic is my go-to. Thee quarter sheets are perfect heating up lunch inside my toaster/convection oven. This is typical high quality Nordic Ware pans that work great, are sturdy, and clean up well.

I was surprised to find that the price reflect the feel that these are real pans. Well worth the money.

I originally bought 2 of the quarter sheets after buying a toaster oven and I heard a lot of good things about this brand. As some others have mentioned the raised logo is obnoxious and the majority of the reason for the lost star. The other portion of the lost star is the fact they are not dishwasher safe though it seems as my kitchen gets higher quality less and less seems to be dishwasher safe so not a huge portion of the lost star. In the month or so that I have had them now I have been very impressed with their quality. They cook food evenly, clean up isn’t to bad, and have not warped on me mostly cooking around 400-425 but have gone up to 500 with no issues. One of the things which surprised me the most is how convenient 1/4 sheets are. Sure there is the fact that they fit in my toaster oven but I have started using them for all sorts of other things due to them being the perfect size for the job. For instance when grilling I will season all my food on these pans and use them on my trips bwetween the grill and the kitchen. I am giving serious thought to buying 2 more of the quarter sheets due to there usefulness around the kitchen. Lastly I was wandering Walmart when I noticed the they happened to be carrying the 1/2 sheets so I bought one there. I will likely buy another 1/2 sheet in the future but I generally don’t do a crazy amount of baking so the smaller ones tend to be the perfect size for most my needs.

What can I say. They are made in the USA and the quality is incredible. You cannot go wrong with Nordic Ware. My wife needed a smaller pan that was not to small and not too big. This was the exact size she needed to fit in our fridge without taking up to much space. And it fits easily in the stove.

Love these quarter sheet trays! They’re great for baking and durable.

This is an American quarter sheet. My UK oven wasn't big enough to take a half sheet sized tray! I've purchased these after seeing them recommended on America's Test Kitchen (it's on YouTube). I'm so glad that I did. I use them for cooking frozen foods and for baking. They conduct heat so efficiently and it's noticeable in the food. Breaded fish would often have a soft underside when baked on my standard trays. On these, the bottom is just as crunchy as the top.

Die bleiben plan auch bei höhere Temperaturen. Sehr schöne Form. Top Qualität!

Ma femme a demandé deux demi-plaques Nordic Ware. J'ai fait confiance à Amazon et j'ai commandé ces casseroles car elles étaient répertoriées comme étant des demi-plaques. Bien qu'ils aient la taille indiquée, 32,7 x 2,5 x 24,1 cm, ce n'est PAS la taille indiquée par Nordic Ware pour leur demi-plaque, 41 x 28 x 2,5 cm. Ma femme les a utilisés pour cuisiner avant de remettre en question la taille, il est donc trop tard pour les rendre. Ce sont des plaques de cuisson QUARTER.
