I ordered an induction cooktop from Amazon. It was delivered on 23rd March, and within just 1 day of usage, the body of the cooktop literally melted within ONE DAY of use. I immediately raised a complaint, shared video proof, the invoice, and every possible detail. After few follow-ups, today I got a call from Longway’s support team. And guess what? Their response was shocking: “Even if it's a company fault, we can’t do anything. Do whatever you want.” This is not just bad service — this is complete negligence and zero accountability towards customer safety. A product that melts in a day is not just defective; it’s dangerous. In a time when lakhs of people are buying induction cooktops daily, is this the kind of support customers deserve? If brands behave like this, how are customers supposed to trust anyone? My honest advice to everyone: DO NOT buy from #LongwayIndia. Their product quality and customer support are equally pathetic.
