I’m an old dude. I was feeling a bit sluggish. My wife suggested that I add an iron supplement to my diet. I chose these. Not sure that they are the reason, but I do feel less sluggish now.

not original. The one i got from the pharmacy was well. I brought this and broke out in hives having some kind of reaction. Be careful
