I have been using this product for 6 months now audit works! I noticed a difference with a week of taking it. im a mom to 3 autistic/ sensory children and some days are REALLY stressful and I had done research on how L-Theanine helps to lower cortisol levels which then stores visceral fat in the belly. And I can say after 6 months that my stress doesn't feel as heavy and my visceral fat percentage has gone down 3 points. I and sleeping better and it has a citrus taste similar to a sparking lemon or lime water.

Too expensive!
The marketing is great! I love the concept of time-release capsules and the citrus sent is amazing, but it's not worth the cost. The results for me were on par with other similar formulas. There are other good options that won't break the bank!
