No issues installing. I love that it comes with a preinstalled cable with hook that allows you to temporarily hang the fan assembly from the ceiling mount plate while you are connecting the 3 wires. In the past, you needed a second person to hold the fan while you connect and tape off the wires. Once it was powered up and running, the very first thing I noticed was that it was very well balanced and had no wobble whatsoever, with no additional balance weights added. Second, it is super quiet at all speeds - no motor wining at slow or high speeds. The light fixture is compact but actually quite bright if you turn the dimmer all the way up. Remote works easily and it's a simple white plastic case with no rubber coating on the exterior to get sticky over time. At nighttime, we use the 'wind' feature which automatically ramps the fan speed up and down to simulate as if the bed was in the back yard. At only 42" diameter, in our 12x14' bedroom, it moves the air around adequately. We purchased the silver finish which looks great against the white ceiling. For the price, I'm thrilled with it.
