Finish Line 1-Step Bicycle Chain Cleaner & Lubricant

This aerosol spray is brilliant, it removes dirt and grit from the chain very well. Just spray onto the chain as you rotate the pedals, then wipe off with a clean lint free cloth, I use old worn out cotton tee shirts. Once the chain has been wiped free of all surplus lubricant, you are ready to go, 5 minutes effort after a ride, while you could down. Chain runs freely, gear changes are slick, and chain life is extended. If I'm riding on wet days regularly, I apply a little finish line wet lube to the chain after cleaning, but not essential if you clean regularly.

I used the WD brand special bike cleaner and lube in a spray can in the States. Can’t find it in the UK so tried this instead. It works the same - but slower to apply than a spray can. But it is more compact and easier to keep away from the wheel rim/brakes! I would but it against I use it to clean and lube the chain. I am learning about cycling and bike maintenance and I am looking for efficient methods that are not too expensive.

A good product for cleaning and lubrication but it comes out so fast that it goes everywhere. Best to spray it onto a cloth and wipe it on to save wasting it.

this product is brilliant i,m using it on my brand new chain and cassette. this product is doing an excellent job in keeping my bike chain and cassette looking functioning like a brand new one all the time.I highly rate this product to use to lubricate your chain and cassette

I switched to this cleaner/lubricant a little over a year ago. I was using the spray can but that made it a little difficult to keep the spray off of my rims. Which in turn would then get onto my brake pads. I am now using the squeeze bottle. It is much easier to apply the oil directly on my chain without getting it on other areas of the bike. Just apply some drips on the chain then wipe hard with a rag or shop towel. Rotate the chain and repeat. Wipe down and clean the buildup off the jockey rollers (plastic). Then just before your ride apply again but do not wipe as hard. Start out your ride by changing through all of your gears. This will do a good job of lubricating the gears. Of course, if your chain, gears and all are quite dirty or have build-up, you should clean them first. I find that I now mainly ride on paved trails and street, I don't have as much dirt build up. So, I use this to clean and lube twice a year and it works great. I ride approximately 700 miles a year.

$20 for 4 oz (bottle smaller than the size of my hand) is daylight robbery. Don't bother.

Ottima alternativa per chi non vuole investire eccessivo tempo e denaro con due tipologie di prodotto diverso. Se applicato periodicamente questo spray permette di mantenere un livello di pulizia ottimo. Utilizzato su bici di città.
