This stuff is great! It feels very nice on my skin, very calming, and it took my waterproof eye makeup off like it was nothing. I will definitely be repurchasing after I finish it.

This cleansing balm is a game-changer. Since I started wearing daily SPF, I’ve had to double-cleanse to get it all off. I previously used a thin cleansing oil that left a film and required a washcloth, which eventually compromised my skin barrier. This balm has much better "grip" for breaking down stubborn sunscreen and makeup without the friction. My Routine: Step 1 (Eyes): I apply the balm to my eye makeup and mascara first to let it start dissolving. • Step 2 (Face): I then massage the rest of the balm onto my dry skin for 60 seconds. • Step 3: Add a little water to emulsify, then massage and rinse until the oily feel is gone. The balm must turn white and milky. If it still feels "oily," add a tiny bit more water and keep massaging. • Step 4: Follow up with iS Clinical Cleansing Complex. I massage this into my wet skin for another 30–60 seconds to ensure a deep, gentle clean. The whole process takes about 5 minutes, but it has seriously saved my Type 1 Rosacea skin. My face feels clean but never stripped, and my serums finally absorb properly. Highly recommend for sensitive skin!

This is my go to makeup remover! It goes on easy and gently washes away makeup. A little goes a long way making it a great value for the money. The size is perfect for on the go or at home.

Soooo, I was using another very expensive brand from England and I have been for several years. I got a facial on a cruise and it's what they used and I was instantly hooked. The issue was that the face creams are over 200 dollars and the same size face wash was over 60 dollars, maybe even 80. I was given a sample of this in an Allure subscription box and I instantly loved it. It's the same concept of what I was using before which is like a melting thick cream which I can now not recall what it's called, but it's perfect. I have now gone though two of the large containers and my skin has not suffered at all. I likely won't change back and I'm getting two or three of these large containers for the price of one of my other ones. To me, there is no scent and very little, if any makeup residue left over after use. My skin feels soft and moist and not greasy. I use it every night before bed. It goes on thick and melts away and as far as I can tell, it does not foam up but rather just smoothly removes makeup. I really don't know how to explain it. I highly recommend it.

I love this stuff! It double cleanse with this. Doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin at all. Wonderful product.

One plus point is that it does not dry out my skin. But for those seeking the thoroughly-cleansed makeup removal, i'd say this is not for you. I still have to use micellar water with cotton pad after that to fully wipe away the thick foundation that i applied on to go on stage. However, it soothes your skin and texture is very smooth. One jar like this can be used up to 6 months, as I did a lot of makeup every day. Just get a tip-sized finger amount and rub against your face for abt 2 minutes, no need water for this step.

Works like a charm, never disappoints. I have sensitive, combination skin and this works effectively and easily without drying my skin.

This product is a 10/10 for me! It does an amazing job at removing all my make up, even my most stubborn and all waterproof makeup with ease. Sometimes, I have to use twice if my makeup is heavy. There is no oiliness or reside left behind from this, and no scent either! I wear light makeup everyday and occasionally more and a container of this product lasts me about 2-3 months. So definitely worth every penny for its use to me!

Je voulais tester un baume démaquillant et j'ai d'abord tenté celui d'une marque que l'on voit partout sur les réseaux mais absolument pas efficace. En faisant mes petites recherches, je suis tombée sur cette pépite. Démaquille très efficacement et simplement. Pas besoin de beaucoup de produit même quand on est beaucoup maquillé. Pas d'odeur ou de parfum inutile, très respectueux des peaux sensibles. Je l'ai associé avec un gel mousse nettoyant de la même marque et ma peau revit.

I sometimes use it on its own, then wipe it with tissues or cloths. Sometimes I wash my face with cleanser after using it. It works both ways very well. This one is much more moisturising than the pink one. The pink one was drying out my skin.

Very happy with the quality and performance of this product. Unlike most cleansing balms,this one doesn't have a strong smell,takes off makeup efficiently (mascara,eye shadow,foundation,tinted sunscreen) without leaving any residue, and it doesn't leave a greasy finish after rinsing. It also doesn't dry out the skin,but that may only be true for oily types like me. I purchased the big jar after sampling 4 smaller tubs of the cleansing balms that were given as a gift. I'm using it every night.
