This is just what I needed, I used to go and get a Brazilian wax monthly and then I had kids and went back to shaving that was 6 years ago. I just went for it, I started on the outer edges, I was nervous but it was surprisingly easy, I’m not going to say it was painless but it definitely hurt less than when someone else does it. It went so well I ended up doing the lot plus my legs and when I say the lot, all but the landing strip and I went all the way in with no miss haps. A few pointers, I showered and exfoliated, I then cleansed the area with micellar water, lightly talc, do 1inch wide by 3inch long to start, leave it to cool and the wax will go hard (20 secs) then stretch the skin as much as possible, I stretched it whilst applying as well, pull off in short fast pulls, straight away from the body, I finished with raw coconut oil, it’s the smoothest it’s been in a long time, still red and a bit sore but I’m sure it will be fine in 24hours. I’m going to keep exfoliating and hope I don’t get ingrown hairs. I love this machine, it does the job perfectly!!! I won’t share a photo 🤭

I have been waxing various body areas for many years with wax strips so I thought it was time to purchase a wax heater. I used it for the first time today. The wax heater was good and all the lotions and potions worked well. However, I found the wax to harden very quickly on application to underarms, and when I tried to spread it around I would be left with stringy wax or little patches of wax that have to be peeled off the skin once you have finished waxing. I believe I had the wax at the right temperature and consistency as I was very careful as it was my first time. The wax did grab well on the sections I applied to. Underarms aren’t always the easiest to wax due to angles but I was definitely expecting an easier experience so will purchase a different wax once this one runs out. I was surprised as although I have not used hard wax myself before, I have been waxed professionally and waxed myself so I am not a beginner waxer

This is the cheapest I found the heater and wax together with quick delivery. Very good quality wax and heater, I have very sensitive skin and this worked so well. Will definitely be ordering more of this wax to use in the heater

I've been a home waxer for years before lockdown came. Previously I had used microwaveable wax, but I got fed up of it never being the right temperature and having to stop mid wax session to reheat it. This kit solves that problem. It took about 10 mins to heat up on high. I turned it down for waxing. Note: give it a few mins to cool down to temperature before using and patch test on the back of your hand. I found medium fine for legs but too hot for sensitive bits so I turned it down slightly below medium. It maintained this temperature perfectly throughout, providing I stirred the wax. The beads smell lovely and were fine on my very sensitive skin. When it sets on you, it doesn't go brittle which a lot of microwaveable waxes do. It left a few stray stringy bits but nothing too problematic. I would say that the instructions are meant for people to learn how to use the machine, not for how to wax. In the book it didn't mention patch testing or stirring regularly, nor to hold the skin taught etc. These are tricks I have learned after many years of waxing that a newbie might not think about. I would also suggest people wax in a room with a tiled floor, you don't want to be removing wax from your carpet!

I feel this was a good buy for a first foray into hard waxing. The supplied wax has a pleasant smell and the spatulas aren't bad at all. The unit takes quite a while to get up to temperature, and the wax takes some further time to stabilize in temperature as there's not much thermal connection between the unit and the wax pot. Once you have it dialled in it's quite easy to regulate the temperature based on the wax consistency - turn the unit up if it's too thick, and add a few more pellets and turn down if it's too thin. It does have an indicator to show whether it's heating. The technique takes a while to get down but you get used to it. The main downside of this unit is the size of the pot; it can be quite challenging to get enough wax on the spatula sometimes. The spatulas aren't as big as the professional ones I've seen in videos; it can be hard to get a good amount of wax on for a decent size of strip. It's fine for small areas like underarms, but legs would take forever. That said, the wax is well adhesive and very effective at removing hair if the temperature is right. The power cable is built in and is a little on the short side - not a big issue - but the unit was supplied with a 13A fuse fitted despite being a low-power 75W appliance with relatively light cable. This is a typical problem I see with a lot of cheap electricals. All that said, the price is quite low and it has been fairly successful on the areas I've used it.

I liked the small pot – it's a nice size and looks good. But unfortunately, the wax itself doesn’t work. It couldn’t remove any hair at all. It just melted and felt like candle wax, without gripping the hair properly.

You can easily heat it up and use on thin hair (eyebrows and the face). It didnt work that well on my legs, but that might be my fault. Maybe it works better in a small area. It comes with a big package of sticks, which is also very good quality. Im happy with the sticks. The wax itself though is the best in my opinion, because it is strong enough but doesnt leave any redness or make any allergies like cold wax does. It doesnt irritate at all. No irritation. It is easy to pull and leaves a clean look. It doesnt hurt as much as cold wax. It has a super delicious smell. I dont recommend using this if you just got your nails done because it will get on your nails and remove nail polish. I used it about 3-4 times and yet only used like 1/5 of the package if not less. It will last a long time. It takes about 20-30 mins to heat it up with medium heat with the lid closed, then i keep it at medium with an open lid (and sometimes reduce the heat) I blow the stick before I apply it. Overall, very much recommended.

Tal y como se indica en el anuncio, el ramaño es mini, vamos, yo lo he bautizado como el kit de cera de la Barbie, pero biene muy bien para esas pequeñas zonas de la cara (cejas, bigote y menton), y la cubeta de silicona hace que sea muy facil limpiarlo, aunq aisla un poco el calor, asi q hay que dejarlo un buen rato para que la cera este lista. Lo malo de este kit fue la cera, no por su calidad, sino por el estado en el que llego comoletamente fundida en un bloque que no se podia ni partir para usarla. Asi que si lo compras, compra aparte una bolsita de cera en perlas.
