Really pleased with the yarn. Lovely colours and a nice thickness. Ideal for crotcheting a cardigan. Ordered one day and arrived the next. Will certainly be purchasing again.

I got this to learn to crochet and the size and weight is just perfect to start. Great range of colours to let my creativity fly and create new projects. This is pretty thick, great for crochet, using a 5mm hook as recommended, great to use for crochet projects. I crocheted wallets, amigurumi toys and some amazing tapestry crochet with these yarns and so far I love the results. These are also good value for money, so I bought multiple packs with different yarn colours.

It's not a pleasant crochet experience, it's very scratchy and if you're making granny squares ideally I don't want an extra step of washing in fabric softener

First purchase of this brand which has far exceeded my expectations! The colours are just as vibrant as photo, and the texture of the yarn is fantastic for crocheting! I will definitely be buying this brand again!

this wool makes a lovely chunky wool, thick, easy to use, good texture i love it, great to crochet garments for cold weather

I can't say anything good about this yarn, It is stiff, coarse, and unpleasant to work with. I had read that this yarn softens with washing. I crocheted a square, washed and dried and it was just as awful. Even if it had improved, who wants to put the work into making something on the chance that it will be ok when washed? I have been crocheting for 60 years. I certainly would not gift this to anyone learning to crochet or knit, it would put them off. Red Heart is an American brand but this yarn is made in India

I got this set for $20, which is not a bad deal, given I’ve seen these small Red Heart skeins sold for over $2 each in a store before. I love the gradient colour scheme and I can see myself making very beautiful bags and toques.
