Quick and easy to set up, (set up OFF LINE), not had an issue although the mounting plate, (included), isn't the easiest thing to mount. But I didn't pay extra for so... Meh. Happy I bought it though.

I have bought other Beelink min PCs with out issue, but I have bought this and then returned it for an identical one and it too has the same problem of shutting down or rebooting randomly. Also had a corrupted x64 windows file on one of them. Both have been returned and I will be looking for an alternative PC for my kids uni needs. Not worth the hassle trying to fix something which should (like my other ones) work out the box. At least Amazon returns policy is easy to navigate and get my money back.

Purchased this to replace a very old deaktop to upgrade to Windows 11. I am extremely pleased with my purchase, it is very easy to set up and get all the updates for Windows 11 pro in a couple of hours as this little machine has 32gb ram and 1 tb of storage and is super fast. It has lots of different connections including usb 3 and c. I only use it for general everyday use such as emails browsing the internet and steaming iPlayer etc. I am hoping that I won't have to upgrade for a few more years with all its ram and storage. I also got it at a great promotional price with £120 off original price.

I purchased the AMD Ryzen 7 version and was hugely impressed with the look and feel of the device, absolutely silent operation and brilliantly compact. Unfortunately I almost immediately ran into issues. During setup of Windows, the device shut down multiple times (not just rebooted). I ignored it initially but as I used the machine I was plagued with constant unplanned shut-downs and reboots. I contacted customer services who were very prompt to reply (usually within hours) and friendly to help. After several days of correspondence trying to flash the BIOS we were not successful, the instructions I was given just did not work. Also note, their website for drivers is URL blacklisted by Avast, so you need to add their URLs to the "ignore" list. I asked why this is but I wasn't given a very confident answer i.e. "We don't know why, but we're genuine". Ultimately I sent the unit back for a refund but having really liked the unit, I ordered another one. The first day there was no unplanned shutdown or reboot so I thought it was OK, but then suddenly it started again, and happening very frequently. I had the unit for 5 days and it rebooted 22 times (and that number is low only because I didn't use it much in those 5 days, because of the reboots). Customer services was willing to assist again but I advised that my confidence was low now so I decided to send the unit back for a refund and I've purchased another mini pc from another brand, as I cannot use an unreliable machine and I'm afraid if the units require such support or are so faulty from the beginning, it's not a good sign. I am disappointed because when the unit did work, I was brilliant. I was able to perform software development using Visual Studio Code, Android Studio and emulators and other such tools and it absolutely flew during the build phases, brilliantly fast. But many unplanned reboots kept corrupting my local git repository. Hopefully Beelink can improve their product testing (which clearly doesn't even exist now) and ship more reliable products in the future.

A good machine but 4 or 5 times now it has just rebooted itself without warning. Possibly an issue with the power brick, but I'll have to look into the warranty.

It is a great piece of kit but it stated that it should be able to handle gaming which i am not convinced by. Other than that, perfect.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Bought it, randomly turns off never getting past 5 minutes. Took me 4 attempts to even set up windows. Support non existent, Amazon when I return want 14 days to refund my balance, for me then to repurchase.

Very easy to set up and arrived well packaged. Windows 11 ready to go. Very fast compared to my old pc.
