Review: Very good, but fast temp rise - Really comfortable for me. I pull these onto my arms right after I work out, leave them on for about 20 min while I prep & eat lunch. The temperature is a little tricky. If I keep them in the fridge, they warm up too quickly on my arms. But if I keep them in the freezer, they are too cold. So I keep them in the freezer, pull them out and lay them on my countertop for about 5 minutes, then pull them onto my arms. This gives me just the right amount of chill to help my elbow tendonitis.

I didn’t take any of the pain medication they gave me I only used this. I didn’t even use any heat just this. The only thing that I didn’t like about these is the ice packs stop working wicked fast so I felt like I was constantly changing them. You have to really be on top of freezing and changing these. Other than them not lasting super long this worked perfectly and I’m so glad I purchased this. The little ice pack that they gave me there was blah. My friend ended up making a homemade one with a migraine wrap and some ice packs. If you’re having dental surgery or any dental pain and you were thinking about getting one of these and decided against it. Just buy it. I believe keeping my swelling down helped me heal faster. Working great so far, got all four wisdom teeth out and it gives a nice amount of pressure and coldness without being uncomfortably cold, the icepacks don't stay cold too long but with the extra two it's pretty easy to just switch it out. The size of it is a little big for me, I have a smaller face so the way it is shown in the picture just made it ice my ear so I flipped it around it works perfect, it's not too scratchy either like some wraps can be the fabric is very soft.
