This John Wick pre-workout is one of the best I’ve tried. Every flavor I’ve had so far tastes great, and it mixes smoothly with no chalky aftertaste. It gives me a clean, steady energy boost that keeps me motivated throughout my workouts no jitters, no crash. One of the biggest pros for me is that it doesn’t send me running to the bathroom like a lot of other pre-workouts I’ve used. Solid product all around. Highly recommend it if you want something effective and easy on the stomach.

I’ve been working out and using pre-workouts for almost 20 years now. I purchased this because it was on sale and I also love John Wick lol. I was surprised just how good it tastes. I’ve only tried the flavor called Last Tropical Sunrise, but to me it tastes very similar to Tang or like a Sunny D. This is the first preworkout I’ve had where I WANT TO DRINK MORE after finishing the glass. I thought all preworkout were supposed to be disgusting and overly acidic. But I was wrong. As far as performance, it’s as good as any other preworkout I’ve had. It has the right amounts of caffeine, beta alanine, citrulline malate etc. but it might be better because of the L Theanine. It might be in my head, but I feel like the energy I get from it is more consistent throughout my whole workout. All I can say, is that if someone is reading this and you are on the fence about trying it, just get it. It has the right dosage of ingredients, but also has a really good taste. Which for me, after working out for 20 years, has become more and more important. 9/5/24: I am now on the Cherry flavor. It is really good too. It tastes a lot like a cherry jolly rancher in my opinion. I prefer the Tropical Sunrise flavor though. It the Sunrise flavor is a 10, I’d rate the Cherry a 9. The right amount of pump and focus without being over bearing or giving you the jitters / fear inducing shakes . Taste is just right and not to sweet. I’m an avid pre workout user and have been for years . Made me feel like Abraham Lincoln showed up at my house to offer me a ride on his bald eagle named “freedom “ while letting me set off a 240B. Meanwhile Led Zeppelin is playing in the background. Overall amazing experience

Great taste and flavor Definitely provides the extra energy and focus.

I do get quite tingly with this formula but it does make me want to work the sensation out. I don't like that it stained my blender bottle bright orange. Makes me feel like I'm ingesting too much dye. I don't feel jittery after a good workout, so it tapers out well into the evening after taking it after work. I can still sleep okay if i don't take it late in the evening. I got the last tropical sunrise. Taste is not bad at all, even a little enjoyable. I get enough energy for a couple hours of cardio and weight training with 3/4 of a full scoop. This is a decent low cost option.

Great taste and consistency Some pre workouts are grainy this one mixed well with 8oz of water. It tastes fantastic almost like peach juice. It was just the right strength for a 1:20 hr workout. Clean energy throughout with no jitters.

Great preworkout, tastes good has a little bitter after taste for a minute but it's fine. Amazing pump and the focus and energy from this pre is great!

This is a really good pw. I use 2 scoops for early morning sessions and the energy and pump is 👍 Using 2 scoops is roughly $1.50 which is awesome in today’s over inflated prices. The only minor negative for me is the mixing. There’s always a bit powder at the bottom. I use a glass/spoon, so maybe a shaker cup would fix that ? The drink itself is smooth and flavourful. Definitely buying again

A good overall pre workout. I stopped talking a nitro supplement when using this product.
