SURGICAL
This is a really nice kidney dish, but it is smaller than I had anticipated. I will still use it though... The quality is very good, and it's very surgical - if you have a fetish for surgical steel. I am going to look for bigger one... If that is 6" inches, I will most likely need something 3 or 4 times bigger! I am going to find some use for this little one!

Great for use with BBQ
I purchased this to fill with water and put on the grill over hot coals to help regulate the temperature. The water helps the meat absorb smoke. Does the job just great.
