Been using this pillow for over a year now and I absolutely love it! Hasn't gone flat, you just have to fluff it up now and then. I love that you can adjust the amount of filling you want. It is a pretty firm pillow, so if you're looking for more support, this is for you. If you're looking for a very soft, fluffy pillow, it may not be.

There are so many awesome things about this pillow. First of all, it's incredibly comfortable.. I bought one for my husband, and after one night, his neck pain is gone! I will be ordering a second one for me. Features I LOVE: 1.It comes with an extra bag of stuffing.. in case it's not fluffy enough (ours was, so it's just extra.. after we buy the second one, the extra might even be enough for another pillow!) 2. It has a zippered pillow case on it. Who doesn't live a pillow that comes with a pillow case on it?! 3. The pillow itself has a zipper, so you can add or take out stuffing 4. The cooling side, really does stay cool.. all night long 😍 The only down side is that if you were to put another pillow case on it, the cooling effect would be greatly diminished... But that goes for any cooling pillow.

A decent pillow, fairly comfortable and supportive, and the adjustable fill feature is good. However, I'm not 100% convinced this is memory foam -- strikes me as plain old shredded latex foam. Let me know if I'm wrong. I can handle it.

Definitely worth the money. My 'My Pillow' got old and started falling apart. Wanted something just like it. This went beyond my expectations. This pillow does come with quite a bit of filling already in the pillow so I took a few handfuls out and I've been sleeping like a baby ever since. It comes with more memory foam to put in if that's your level of comfort. It's got a cooling side, which is an absolute must for me while in perimenopause. The quality is legit really good!! It has an outer cover for easy cleaning. No gross chemical smell either. For the money, yes, these pillows are 110% worth it!

I love this pillow. But sadly, (see pic) it won't last long. Everytime I sleep this happens. It will fall apart at some point. The felling of cooling is lovely and a dream to sleep on. Sigh but ill need to use a pillow case and cover it up if I wish to keep this pillow. So wont feel the same in the end for the cooling part. The filling is perfect comfy as ever. And whatever u do dont pull it out, I thought was just a pilball and last picture is what came out. Lol shave if u have too. but still should not happen on every night I sleep. The material on the other side is not bad but have not tried yet im a hot person and its a warmer side. So I cant say for the other side of the pillow

Never realized how important having a good pillow was. This pillow can be adjusted by adding or removing some filling. It comes with extra filling as well in a separate package that's included. I now get around 7-8 hours of sleep a night vs 3-4 with the feather pillow I had. Like with all pillows, you have to use pillow case. Someone stated the fabric on this pillow starts to get fuzzy or start pilling. Yes, any pillow will start to do that without a pillow case. I did not smell any weird odors like others claimed as well and I have an excellent sense of smell. Will definitely buy more.

My best friend needed a new pillow after having a pillow he's used since his younger years. He says it had no smell and it firms up and puffs up well when used after setting it in a drafty area. It's comfortable and good quality. It's got a nice cooling sensation, too. Great value for the cost.

I've used it for a couple of months now and it's not good. At first I thought it was a steal, I noticed it started to flatten more and more as I used it so I filled it with the rest of the filling it came with. After that it lost a lot of its firmness as time went on. Now my neck hurts because my head sinks almost to bed level. This never happened with the other pillow I had $30 a couple years back. I was struggling with money and my neck was hurting everyday so I wanted to buy another foam filled pillow. This one was about $10 and I was happy because it worked the first time. The other quality pillow I had that was $30 years back lasted me and never sunk in like that. I think the issue is that this is filled with airy spongy cheap foam chunks, while the other one was filled with dense gel-like foam chunks. Unfortunately, they had discontinued the $30 one. The fabric tends to pill a lot as well over time.
