    Better than Tapcons

Lowes used to stock these but not anymore. I'm glad they are available on line. They have a P3 head which eliminates stripping the heads out all together. Tapcons have a P2 and with the torque needed you will either strip the head or shear the screw. Either way you're in a bad situation. I own a set in every size

The screws were perfectly adequate, but the drill bits that came with each box were of poor quality. I had to buy better drill bits, so I ended up spending close to what I would have if I had just gone ahead and bought the Tapcons to begin with.That said, the delivery was really fast.

I use these often putting up conduit.  The drill bit is a little cheap, have not had last through the whole package yet.  Remember you are drilling cement so it does work the bit hard.Would like a larger amount in packages.  Other than that I would recommend product every time.
