It's a cabinet
Instructions aren't as clear as most would like. The metal is fairly cheap as well as the hardware. It's definitely a cabinet once it's assembled. It's not as sturdy as I'd like for the garage, however the best part of these cabinets is they roll. I can move them around in the garage, especially when it's time to clean or make room for other projects.

Be patient , read the instructions, take a break between assembly sections
Unit is solid, instructions are good . Small screws and hardware . Magnetic tip Philips head screw driver good for assembly. Get a work light , unit is black and hard to see assembly screw holes . Took my time , if you have a partner it would help,

Missing parts, no help from Amazon - *edit*
The unit was fine, assembled as the instructions showed, but there is a single shelf support clip missing, and all Amazon can do is issue a return and replacement. I can't use the shelf without it, but I'm not about to disassemble this thing and ship it back for a 3-cent part. You failed, Amazon. Edit: I was able to jump through a few hoops to contact customer service, and eventually was able to get a replacement part sent out. Increased the rating because it didn't take long and the person on the other end was polite.
