This is our third filter from the Strokk company and the filters, while expensive, really filter water. Ours last about 6 months because we us a lot of filtered water. Most people would probably go through only one a year. Strokk is a great little company that builds wonderful water systems, and filters. We will always buy from this company no matter how many water filter companies there are. I have contacted them and they are the salt of the earth.

Works well, water tastes good and is clear! Filters easy to replace. Please keep in mind to replace both filters at same time and reset per instructions.

I bought a RMS-WP-RO400 unit last year and the company does not have any replacement filters for sale (although I would imagine there filters for the RO500 would work). This appears to be working well in the old unit.

Good Product.

I replaced this in early May. Light is on to replace again!!!! There doesn't seem to be any customer service and when I spoke to them in May about having to replace so soon, they said these filters last 4-6 months. The listing says 6-12 and the reality is 2 months. I'm researching replacing this system. Don't buy the system.

Extremely easy to install. The system is very reliable and quiet.
