A versatile deck of 80 targeted coaching prompts
This deck of coaching cards provides a practical, research-backed toolkit for managers eager to cultivate a coaching culture. Its strengths lie in simplicity, portability and evidence-based design—ideal for anyone looking to transform routine check-ins into focused development conversations. Minor enhancements like a companion guide, richer question variety and reinforced packaging would make it an even more indispensable resource. A complimentary app would also benefit the process, but generally speaking an interesting concept. They could also be used for preparation for a performance review. In summary I was impressed by cards.

Not worth the money to me. Used as an advertising tool. 🫣
I guess some people might find these helpful, but I do not. I have coaching qualifications and experience, so I am very familiar with the whole concept. There is nothing on these cards that I would need to purchase them for. They might be more beneficial for people who do not have any coaching experience though. The cards are simple and could make good prompts or starting points for some people. There are a lot of cards with advertising for the sellers’ company though. I find that really off-putting. I hate that kind of sales approach. Other people might not mind it though. 🙃

Useful Coaching Tool, Though a Bit Overloaded with Marketing
I originally ordered these when I was line managing a team, but following a recent restructure, I no longer have those responsibilities. I decided to repurpose the cards for personal reflection, and I was pleased to find that many of the questions are thought-provoking. I'm currently at a stage in my career where I know I need to do something different, so I’ll be using this set to help explore where I want to go and what I want to do next. In terms of value for money, I’m not entirely convinced. While the main deck includes the core coaching cards, plus one overall card, two instructional cards, and four cards representing the GROW model areas (Goal, Reality, Options, Will), there are also 16 additional cards that felt unnecessary. These extra cards mostly advertise the creator’s courses or ask for a review in exchange for a free deck. In my opinion, one or two promo cards would have sufficed, not 16. Another disappointment was that the very first card I pulled out contained a grammatical error, which undermines the professional feel. I’m deducting a star for the excessive marketing material and the lack of proofreading. That said, for someone new to managing a team or getting started with coaching, this could be a useful introduction and a helpful tool to guide reflection and development.

They really get you thinking
These are actually really good cards. Especially if you own a business like I do. They allow you take a step back and ask yourself different questions either about a problem you have or about your business itself. Some cards may not make sense to the question you are asking, but most of them really do get you thinking alot. I recommend you have pen and paper at hand or a laptop to take notes and write down ideas that come to you. I imagine these would be really good too for groups of people too to discuss these points in more detail when working as part of a team. I'm going to use them for my own business and for another business I'm part of, they will be really good. I'd recommend them.

Useful
Really easy to use, and you can dip in and out of different sections as and when it suits. The questions are great and really get you thinking about your personal goals and help you plan out your steps. Definitely something you can keep hold of and come back to at different times as a refresher or to work out new goals to progress towards. Cards are good quality too, so they'll hold up well to being used over and over again without getting ripped or looking scrappy.

Fairly pointless
These cards contain a series of coaching-style questions to ask someone during a coaching session. The questions are all fairly standard-type coaching questions and can easily be sourced online. They are quite expensive for what they are. I also found it a little tiresome that the pack contains several cards that are used to advertise expensive coaching courses to get the user to spend even more money.

Mr Motivator would likely approve
Shame about the multiple spare cards cross selling but they can be binned pretty quickly So the main cards, split into 4 sections Options/Reality/Will/Goal I think you can use these for much more than advertised, Im not a manager but I do lead as such so for sure can use them to motivate others, but I actually looked at these for self motivation. Will - Questions for when you hit a roadblock Options - Start of a project Reality - For EOY goal write-ups Goal - For SOY goal setting They kind of work like this as prompters and yes I know you could look these saying and motivations up but there is something about having the physical element to these So for me they work - yes they might not work for all and sure you could do your own versions - but you haven't else you wouldn't be looking ;)
