Explore the jungles of the world and discover the amazing animals and plants that live there. There are over 170 stickers to bring the pictures to life. Review: Excellent, but still could be better - How we intend to use this book: - select an animal sticker and place in scene it belongs - discuss the characteristics of the animal/plant and make hypotheses about it - research that animal in an animal encyclopedia or online... maybe even watch some video of its behavior Ultimately the book It will serve as an introduction to the scientific method and how to research further knowledge, etc. Pros: 1. The book includes more organisms than I expected and most you do not normally find in kids books. 2. Includes multiple jungle ecosystems from around the world. 3. Colors animals and plants realistically. 4. Stickers are labeled for which page they go on and with their names. 5. Includes a world map of where all those jungles are located for context. 6. No outlines of where the stickers go so the kids can creatively choose where to place them on the designated pages. 7. Represents a variety of living things, so it includes plants, mammals, reptiles, fish, amphibians, insects, etc. 8. Most of the organisms are drawn cute but not overly cartoony (though some still are a tad too cutesy). 9. Includes a few extra stickers that can be earned for researching all the animals on a particular scene or as rewards on assignments etc. Cons: 1. Edges of the stickers are white which makes the animals not flow into the scenes they are placed into... this could have been prevented by having no borders on the stickers. 2. Not a lot of info was provided on each animal or ecosystem so parents will have to put in the extra time with their kids researching info to get the best learning. 3. Organism names are written on the sticker sheets, but the names are not stickers themselves... so either the names get left behind or you have to cut them out by hand to stick onto the scenes. The names just should have been stickers too. 4. No fungi are represented in the book when fungi play a key roles in jungles from recycling nutrients to disease. A few mushrooms would not have been that difficult to include. 5. The frog sticker shown on the front cover is not included in the book - in fact, that frog species is only found on the front cover and no where in the book in any form, so it seems a bit misleading. Also, though the book does contain toucan stickers, the toucan sticker shown on the front cover is also not in the book. Overall, we are very happy with this book, even if it could be better... In fact, I came back and bought a second copy for my niece. Review: Cute book - Usborne makes very cute books, and the sticker books are no exception. Lots of different sized stickers in here and my daughter enjoyed putting them in the book. There were enough pages that it lasted us for quite some time too by doing only one page at a time

Cute book
Usborne makes very cute books, and the sticker books are no exception. Lots of different sized stickers in here and my daughter enjoyed putting them in the book. There were enough pages that it lasted us for quite some time too by doing only one page at a time

Awesome activity!
These books are amazing! Great entertainment for my 5 year old daughter! She spends hours placing the stickers and making up stories about the scenes

Grandson Loves
Three year old grandson loves these Usborne first sticker books. I will probably end up buying them all! Great quality and very age appropriate!

The drawings and stickers are really beautiful.
I bought this for nieces, and they used it all the time. We play with it together and look info about the animals, their habitat, what they eat. The drawings and stickers are really beautiful.

Disappointed
Not sure if it was the seller or what, but we went through ordering and then replacing this book, only for the stickers to not stick in either book. Usborne has always been a favorite of ours. Not sure what happened with this one.

Great fun and quality stickers
I love how these stickers can be moved around after being stuck, bc, toddlers gonna toddler. Sometimes, the now 4 year old likes to go back and criticise 2 year old hims placement decisions. “Why is there a tiger there??!!” I don’t know, dude. You chose it! So yeah, these stickers are a life saver. The illustrations are also lovely.
