The APP2 MagSafe Cup Holder Mount works great. I bought this on Amazon after trying some other MagSafe holders which either had weak magnets or required you to adhere a metal plate to your phone in order for them to work. The APP2 worked great right out of the box with my iPhone16 Pro Max - it holds it very well. The adjustable base fits snug into my cup holder, leaving one free for, you know, cups. There is also a short telescopic height adjustment (which I might not use but it's nice to have the option). It also comes with an optional metal ring with a 3M adhesive to attach to just about any case or phone, making it almost a universal mount. While the included instructions are pretty basic, there's really nothing you shouldn't be able to figure out on your own. The mount pops right onto the plastic ball mount and that's about it. Please note that this is **NOT** a charging mount - it is just designed to hold a MagSafe compatible phone. But since I wasn't looking for a charging mount, this was just what I needed. It is constructed of heavy-gauge plastic so I'm hoping it survives our hot summers. But at a little under $28, it wouldn't be a big deal if I had to replace it in a couple of years. I just received this cup holder for my iPhone 14 Pro and I'd gladly give it 10 stars if I could. It was reasonably priced, it has very simple and clean design, it has a very solid and durable feel, it was easily adjusted to fit the cup holder of my BMW X5 and, to top it off, the magnet is crazy strong. In fact, it still holds my phone solidly in place without having to remove my phone's Tech 21 case or using the included metal ring. I can't imagine a better phone holder of its type.

It seems adequate for my needs. It fits into one of the cupholders that you wish you could leave empty but the vent clip type etc. do not work very well. I like that this can be lower or higher if you want. Some of the other ones looked like they were all higher and that could interfere with some of the buttons in my car that control my seat heat etc. It seems pretty sturdy but I can pull it right out without pushing the button in the back so as far as gripping it it's not super strong but I have not had my phone fall out. The location of the cupholders in my car make it further back than I would like for viewing but that is my car, not the holder.All in all satisfied

I received the phone holder and installed it in my Tacoma. It was a tad too big for the single cup holder, but fit perfectly in the forward cup holders in front of the gear shift. The holder works great holding my cellphone, like I was hoping for. This holder is well made in Germany! It's simple to set up and install.

if you need a car cup phone holder, this is a great one! It’s exactly as described. it is a universal fit and tightens very nicely to the cup holder and can be tightened securely and does not move at all. You can also adjust the angle for your possibly glancing down at the phone if need be and secure that angle quite well. If you security phone holder as described. I tried another type first that used suction and it didn’t work at all, And I had to send it back. I noticed some of the others could only be placed on a horizontally flat surface, but not all cars accommodate that very well. But this cup holder design is just right! I’ve been using it for about a month or so and I highly recommend it – it’s also very reasonably priced.

I have used several phone mounts over the years and this one turned out to be one of the most reliable designs I have tried. The base expands smoothly and locks firmly into the cup holder, which keeps the mount from shifting even when driving over bumps or making sharp turns. The adjustable arm has a good amount of reach and holds its position without sagging, and the 360 degree swivel makes it easy to set the phone exactly where I need it. The phone grip is solid and fits larger phones securely without squeezing too hard. The bottom support leaves enough room for a charging cable, so I can keep my phone plugged in during long drives. Setup took less than a minute and once it is tightened, it stays in place really well. If you need a mount that stays steady, has flexible positioning, and works with bigger phones, this one is a great choice. It has been a simple but very useful upgrade for everyday driving and navigation.

Works okay but difficult to angle with water bottle and gearshift. Otherwise, sturdy construction and easy to install.

9 out of 10 times these purchases are junk - to my amazement incredibly nice packaging - the cup holder phone mount seems solid although it’s only the first day I think it will be a keeper. I’ve purchased ones before ten times the cost not as solid. For $20 this looks like a home run. What’s nice is the ball mount for cradle along with the base fitting nicely into my Tundra Cup Holder. This product may be a sleeper which should jump t the top of the list. This product could be selling at $40 plus.
