Great flight bag and all around bag.
Love this satchel. Carries what I need and looks great. Very different from what you normally see out there. I use it for my headset and flight gear. When I'm not flying I also use it for my lunch, or as a range bag.

Perfect for the aviation fan. It definitely has backpack personality. Lots of pockets.

Looks goodโฆ at first.
Initially it looks great, thereโs plenty of room for a small back pack, and it even had three sets of loops for extra gear. The negatives are that the shoulder straps are uncomfortable when the pack is loaded down, the rear large buckle is ridiculously cheap, and the top flap/pouch cannot be pulled down tight and will smack the back of your head if you need to run. NOT for hiking or traveling - only light loads for a short period of time.

A little smaller than I thought
When I think of military, I think of being well prepared which to me means taking a lot of "stuff". This bag is a little smaller than I thought (minus 1 star). Also -- there are a lot of dangling straps which could get caught on seat rests or other places when moving quickly on public transit. (minus 1/2 star).Overall, construction seems to be of high quality. Zippers work smoothly, but sometimes catch on the over-hanging flap (which is on the thin side). Overall -- this is an excellent value and I look forward to using often.
