I love this hose and no leaks!!
This is a very nice hose. I purchased this hose to replace an expanding hose that did not hold up well, so I was a little hesitant to try another one, but I figured I would give it one more try. I really like the fact that you don’t have to wrestle with the expandable hose like you do with a regular rubber hose to roll it up when your done using it. This hose was very reasonably priced. It also has a rubber sheath over the end that screws into the faucet. This adds extra support that keeps it from getting a pressure leak. The old hose didn’t have this, and that was the spot that began leaking. This hose has had heavy daily use over the last four months, and it has held up perfectly. It’s very easy to move around while using it in different areas of the yard with no annoying kinks. When your done using it, you just run the excess water out of it, it shrinks down, and is very easily stowed. This hose also came with a detachable spray adapter for jobs that need a bit more pressure. That has been a huge plus. I am very happy with this purchase. This hose makes everything from watering the yard to washing the car effortless, without having to wrestle with an unruly rubber hose.

Quality and functionality!
Love this hose. It expands to reach all my flowers and then, when turned off, it shrinks behind shrubbery! It seems to be very high quality and durable. Just what I wanted.

Works like a hose should but it's a struggle
This review is based on using this hose to help maintain a 30 gallon nutrient reservoir which is inside my home. The tank is located about 45 feet from the utility sink where it's connected, so the 50 foot length is about right. On the positive side, it's a well made hose from very durable feeling material. The connectors seem solid and well made and are attached solidly to the hose. The shut off works well completely stopping the flow of water with no dripping. I did not use the attachable spray nozzle so can't say much about how that functions...but it appears well made too. On the negative side, while it does extend to 50 feet, it does so with great effort. I had to manually work the hose from one end to the other pulling it to make it expand to it's full length. That was with the faucet completely open too and one that puts out a good flow with a lot of pressure. This hose replaced one I purchased previously, that developed a leak, and it expanded and retracted easily - nothing like this monster. Unless there is full pressure on the hose, it wants to retract back down to the unexpanded length....and it does that very aggressively. I mean this hose is strong and does NOT seem to like being in the expanded position. When you open the nozzle, even a little, the hose starts fighting to shrink down...and like I said this is one strong hose. A small child might even have difficulty holding it. It even makes it difficult to use the hose with it fighting you the entire time. Now I admit, it does seem to be getting a little easier to expand the hose after a few uses, although it does still require me to manually expand it to get the full length I need. Too be fair, my tank is 45 feet way give or take, so the hose is at it's maximum length, but my previous 50 foot hose was much easier to work with under the same conditions. However, it was no longer available so I settled for the "devil hose." Needless to say it is very easy to put away since it wants to be put away more than it wants to be used. If you are buying this hose to use in a situation that would require it be open fully, be ready for a fight. Hopefully me and this hose will learn to get along. So far it's like an annoying teenage....a well dressed one !!

Gone are the days of hauling around heavy hoses!
This hose is awesome. I was skeptical at first but going from a typical heavy garden hose from the big box stores to this is a game changer. Pro's: -It's super lightweight, only a few pounds. -It doesn't tangle or kink when using it. -After you're done with it, it shrinks back down to a small size. Very easy and convenient to put away. -The cover is nice and soft, won't scratch your vehicle. -Aluminum connectors all seem very solid and well made. -I like the on / off valve and use it quite a bit when changing nozzles. Con's: -It's tough to have it really reach 50ft. You'd have to really be stretching it out to maximize that which I think would lessen the life of the hose. I think it's fair to say it's more like 45ft. So far durability has been holding up well, but I don't leave this out in the yard or baking in the sun. I think for specific functions like car washing, gardening, plant watering, dog washing, etc. it's really perfect for those activities. For something like lawn watering or pressure washing you may want something a little heavier duty.

As smart as it is practical
This hose took my outdoor cleaning routine to a whole new level, and I didn't even mind getting a little wet - mostly because it barely happened! 1. Genius Lock-on-the-End Feature - The lock on the end of the hose is an absolute game-changer. No more running back and forth to the tap or awkwardly twisting the hose to stop the flow while scrubbing. It’s an easy twist to lock, then just as simple to unlock when you’re ready to rinse. No bending, no accidental soaking - just smooth, controlled water whenever I need it. 2. Turbo Shot Nozzle – The Pressure I Didn't Know I Needed This hose comes with a seriously cool add-on tip that transforms it into a mini-pressure washer! I loved that you can adjust the pressure by spinning the nozzle to get exactly the output you need. Whether it's a thin, high-powered stream for blasting dirt or a wider, gentler flow for rinsing, this hose has you covered. It was so satisfying, I ended up cleaning things I didn't even plan on! 3. Lightweight & No More Bending the Hose You know that move where you kink the hose to stop the water and hope it doesn’t spring free and soak you? Yeah, forget that. With this hose, the lock does the work for you, so no more wrestling with a bent hose. Plus, it’s so light, I could carry it around the yard without feeling like I was in a tug-of-war with it. I’ve used hoses that feel like they’re made out of lead, but this one? Feels like air. 4. Expands and Contracts Like Magic! Storage? Not a problem. When the water’s on, this thing expands like a superhero. When you’re done, it contracts down into a neat little coil, kind of like a snake slithering back into its den. It’s exactly like those TV commercials - honestly, it’s a bit hypnotic to watch! 5. Kink-Free and Leak-Proof – A Hose You Can Trust No kinks, no leaks, no fuss. The aluminum connectors feel solid, and I've had zero issues with water escaping anywhere but the nozzle (where it’s supposed to). It’s been totally reliable and mess-free. Final Thoughts - My New Favorite Outdoor Tool! This hose makes me feel like I’m starring in my own "As Seen on TV" commercial - and I mean that in the best way possible. From the pressure control to the convenient lock to the contracting, it’s made my outdoor cleaning routine weirdly enjoyable. If you’re in the market for a hose that’s as smart as it is practical, look no further.

Good for the price
These hoses are wonderful, lightweight, and relatively easy to unfurl. The connections could be sturdier, but for the price it’s probably as good as it won’t get.

Stellar Customer Service, fun hoses.
My 91 year old uncle told me about these hoses. So I ordered one for myself and a month later for my daughter--in-law. Mine sprang a small leak after ten months. I contacted the manufacturer and sent my Amazon receipt and they REPLACED the hose with a better model! Amazing. Oh, these hoses are so light and flexible that they are easy to handle.

Good hose.
This is a good hose but it was a little too short so had to get a 50 foot one.

Utter Rubbish. Don’t buy.
The moment we connected the hose the hose started to spurt water in the wrong places. It leaked badly and was useless. Don’t waste your money on the overpriced piece of useless garbage. I’m sooo disappointed.

I’ll update later 😩
So I excited when this arrived and couldn’t wait to try it out. I had a new tap installed to help water down one side of my house. This hose worked well (once I got used to not having the array of settings on my hose spray) BUT leaked badly at the connection site to the tap. I tried my other hoses, and they were fine. No leaking. The problem is this hose. I would not expect a brand new expensive hose to be leaking so badly on attachment. They send a spare washer which I’ll have a go at replacing. Not impressed at all that I ALREADY need to look to replacing the SOLE spare washer. Am I regretting my purchase? Possibly
