She is 3 so of course when the sun isn't shining right on her she wants to look out at the sights during our ride home. This shade is easy to put in and easy to take out or just roll up so she can see out the window. It keeps her out of the hot sun when its shining on her side of the truck. All in all I have no complaints about this product. It was a great price, it does the job and there where two so I passed one on to my son to use in his truck. Review: Not worth the money and possibly dangerous - I chose this particular shade because my 5yo would be able to pull it up/down as needed for an upcoming road trip. The quality is terrible. I was able to get the suction cups to stick to the window but as soon as I started driving the shade fell down... That could be very dangerous if you have a baby in the seat!!! Also, the shade came with a velcro tab so that when the shade is down you can affix it to the window/door and it won't bang around... However the adhesive on the back of the velcro tab also does not stick to anything. Cheaply made and my toddler pulled on it and snapped the bottom metal bar that keeps it flat against the window.
