This adapter is a great addition to my portable entertainment setup. It feels solid and is compact and easy to use. It streams content directly from my iPhone 14 to VR glasses without any setup required. The connection is stable, no noticeable lags, videos and games run smoothly. It doesn’t overheat during use.

If you’re interested in buying this then you likely want to use it with Netflix, Disney + etc My advice - don’t bother! Netflix and Disney+ only work if you have access to the internet. In offline mode, Netflix downloads “sometimes” works but most often doesn’t and I found it crashed the app or the screen froze. I had to keep disconnecting glasses to get it back on again. Disney+ won’t play any downloads at all - it says not supported Amazon prime video doesnt work at all, either streaming or downloaded - it says device non HDCP compliant. SpaceWalker app is trash it’s basically just a web browser. The pinning feature not smooth at all, it just stutters as you move your head. I don’t see how anyone would use it. It’s honestly terrible! This is with iPhone 13 and official AV adapter. I’ve sent mine back for a refund.

I’ve noticed all the bad reviews are from people who got cheap 3rd party Apple media adapters. My tip. Get the OG Apple adapter it works perfectly or get a clone with the same spacing because even if the clone 1mm out and it won’t fit because it’s snug (and reassuringly so)

This adapter works very well for my iPhone 14 Pro Max connecting to Viture luma pro glasses. Luma pro glasses can be connected directly for iPhone 15 and above and needs this adapter for lower version iPhones. This works perfectly without any issues and makes my old iPhone compatible with luma pro glasses. Best part is it has its own battery and won’t drain iPhone battery for its usage. This is not needed for newer version of iPhones. For me, it’s been a good experience and good value for money.

Works perfectly so long as you have an Apple branded adapter and not simply an MFI one. The Apple one is the only one that fits correctly. Battery life is considerably longer than expected. Charging with USBC is perfect. Compatible with an iPhone 12 and 14.
