It hasn't chipped or cracked, even with heavy daily chopping. No Warping: I know some other reviews mention the board bowing, but I have experienced absolutely zero warping. It sits perfectly flat on my counter. Smart Design: The recessed juice grooves are a lifesaver for cutting fruits, keeping the liquid off my counters. The Not-So-Good: Active Upkeep Required: Unlike plastic boards you can just throw in the dishwasher, this requires manual cleaning and periodic conditioning to keep the wood from drying out. But the tradeoffs are well worth it. Pro Tips: Daily Washing Routine: I always hand wash it and immediately set it vertically on a drying rack to air dry daily.
