Surprising good! Arrived already assembled and both batteries charged. I have a petrol chainsaw but due to health issues I needed something smaller and lighter. I wasn't expecting too much from this saw but once I started using it I was amazed at how good it was. It cut through logs as efficiently as the petrol one I have but without the weight and messing about mixing up 2 stroke fuel. Great value for money. Wish Id bought one years ago. If it goes wrong I'd definitely get another. At way below half price of competition it really is a bargain and is light to use and amazingly efficient. Well worth every penny! Can't fault it at all yet. Any issues I will update this review.

This little chainsaw is a good simple to operate and efficient saw. Nice oil bottle so decent time in use before needing a fill. Comprehensive set with spare chain. It cuts good size bracches and allowed me to prune back a tree at my front garden and a scraggy out of control clump of trees at my static caravan. It has 2 batteries so between them if fully charged last enough time to do most jobs. It comes in a decent storage box with charger gloves and tool to sharpen the chain blades. Chains are not “standard” so may be difficult to replace but for the price what is included will last me a good useful amount of years. It would have been nice to have some oil included but the oil can be bought locally so not a problem, but you must have oil to use it.

purchased smaller portable chainsaw for ease of use and handling - this seems to apply - I've used both blades and ease of changing etc. battery charging as norm, - 3 hrs. note the oil reservoir is small and a little fiddly so firstly decant your oil into small empty tin , and use to fill - longer term use get a smalle sealable plastic bottle for this - it oils chain in use, ok, but seems to be a bit runny so tends to drip a bit. 8 inch and 6 inch blades seem ok, depends on the work piece- dont expect too much , as this is small saw. Quality - the plastic is as you expect for a 50/60 quid , serious tool ie ok for diy , like a b & decker - you pays your price, it aint a b.sch or mak..... would buy again has 2 batteries and the powerfuller ones - so price is fair IMO

Great little chainsaw that can handle surprisingly thick branches. Uses standard 21V Chinese batteries that fit several other of my power tools. Thought I had a problem with it and got in touch with the seller who solved it for me. They even got their technical department to send me a list of tips on how to use it properly. Highly recommended.

Good little chainsaw. I bought things to replace my reciprocating (sabre type) pruning saw. This one is vastly better for small branches and can also tackle fairly large ones with a little care. Oil reservoir is quite small and it does get through it quite quickly. Having two batteries is a nice touch as it doubles its working time. It is also supplied with a pair of flimsy but serviceable goggles and even flimsier gloves. The latter are useful for checking chain tension, which needs doing fairly regularly but is very quick and easy to do, but do not offer any real protection in use. Also in the box are spare chains and a small file (which I presume is for sharpening the chain although no information is given about this. Although I have only used the saw once so far, I am very pleased with it on first impressions.

Wow! I am so impressed by the versatility, power, weight and utility. Battery life is great, the power delivery is fantastic and it will cut through branches with a 20cm diameter. And it's pretty quiet too - given the application. It could be improved by enlarging the oil reservoir that needs refilling every 10 minutes. So far I've used it for about 4 hours and the chain seems to have retained its original sharpness. For £60, it's great value. Long may it last! Update: still sharp and working well. If the blade slackens, loosen the locking collar, tension the chain by pulling the guide bar and retighten. You have to do this with all chainsaws. Simple!

This is very handy and comfortable to use. Cuts extremely well and the battery lasts long enough for most jobs. Everything you need, bar the oil, is included; goggles, gloves, spare blades, spare battery, charger and two sizes of blade and a simple case to keep it all in. Flaws. It doesn't come with any chain oil, so need to buy some before using. The chain oil level window is useless, as one can't see anything through it. Filling is also a challenge as the filler hole is tiny, especially for thick oil and the tank small so it only lasts about 20 minutes. So I'd ask the manufacturer to provide a small bottle of oil, and redesign the oil tank with a better window and larger.

Very impressive, cut 4”/ 5” branches with ease- battery power good and a reasonable price.

I bought this item and as soon as I charged up the first battery, the charger broke ,I contacted the seller and no reply as yet
