Toys 03761 Man TGS Side Loading Garbage Truck

Best garbage truck ever! Huge, and really solid build and functionality. It's been 3 weeks since Xmas and my son is still enthralled and playing with daily. Made of plastic but so much better than the others. No assembly needed, looks like the real deal. Was worried about the price originally, because it is expensive, but whoa, this thing is well worth the money. My son has a serious love for garbage trucks, and a multitude of other garbage truck toys, but they have literally all taken the back burner to this Bruder garbage truck!

Bought this off as a present for my 3 years old birthday as he’s been asking for garbage toy truck for a long time. We bought him a small tonka green waste truck awhile back, but on the tonka, the back gate does not open and he always asked me to open the door 😊 Anyway, this truck is massive, very sturdy, no sharp protrusion, well built, definitely worth the money spent, it is a bit on the expensive side. He’s been playing on it is non-stop. The truck comes with 2 trash cans (blue and yellow). It does not have sound but I installed the light and sound kit, but now it sounds like a police car 😊 😊 I also added the rear side loading into this truck, now he has side loading and rear loading on the same truck 😊, he is so excited when I put in the rear loading. You can buy the kit for the rear loading and install it as it should fit, need to snap of 2 small plastic pieces inside to ensure the backdoor support fits to add the rear loading.

My son loved getting this gift. Even as a typical vehicle loving 3 y/o boy, this has been his most played with toy since he got it. Then again, since he was able to walk he's been one to jump out of bed and plead to go watch the garbage/recycling truck come by and pick up our curbside bins. The body of the truck is well built. At first I was hesitant to spend the asking price for a plastic toy truck but the quality is better than just about any plastic toy I've ever seen. It even has a natural play in how the body and chassis sit together, and after about 6 months of playing with it, all the moving parts still snap into place and move smoothly like day one, The internal "processing" of the trash that gets dumped in the top is just a simple pair of screw shafts but it pushes your trash to the rear like magic. We only use old paper scraps for our play material...literally some left over wrapping paper, and our son loves continually dumping it out, gathering it into the bins, picking up and dumping into the truck, process with the hand crank and dump out the back again. FWIW the doors don't open nor does the steering wheel turn the front wheels but that's not a model car type feature I was expecting. Gotta mention once more how good the quality of the plastic material and the perfect form and finish of the molded pieces are with this truck.

We bought this garbage truck for our son for Christmas and he just loves it. He plays with it every day. He is still mastering the side arm but can work all the other parts easily. It seems to be made well and is holding up pretty good so far. Although, I am worried that some of the little, thin plastic parts might break off at some point. So far he hasn't been too rough with it. I do wish the doors on the cab would open, but we are happy with it so far. Its other good reviews are worthy. It was a good purchase.

This toy is a huge hit with my son. Since the minute he got it, it has been a major focus of his attention. (He is sleeping with it as I write this). It is big, sturdy and attractive. Yes, it is plastic, but is very well built, with excellent detail and several moving parts to keep sharing children busy for hours. The truck's side-loading mechanism attaches easily to the garbage cans. (We ordered the extra set, which makes for a longer garbage route.) Using a knob, the cans lift up and the contents are dumped into the bin. The "trash" is then moved to the rear of the truck by a spinning "compactor". Trash can be anything from paper scraps to plastic checker pieces. Then, the truck's rear can be lifted up, the back door opened, and the trash can be dumped out. The cab also lifts up to show the engine. It is really well designed. The only drawback is that the cab doors do not open, so it is difficult to put anyone in the driver's seat. That said, it is highly recommended. I will definitely buy another Bruder product in the future.

I would say my title says it all. This Bruder garbage truck is definitely 100% the holy Grail of all garbage truck toys. The compactor is amazing and it is quite large. The grabber movement is an absolute 10 favorites because the grabber arm does come out like a garbage truck it hooks onto the can pulls it back in and you can twist to dump the trash. My child is absolutely in love with the garbage can and the garbage truck. I love that it is quite realistic as possible to real life grab her garbage cans. What it also really like is that the arm is very sturdy and it does function with not just the garbage cans it comes with but also other garbage cans that have the capability to be hooked. If you have a garbage truck fan lover, this is definitely the gift to purchase for them.

My son is obsessed with Bruder trucks, and honestly, so am I! They are the most well built toy trucks I have ever seen. Some people might turn away at the cost, but there is no better built garbage truck on the market. My son has every garbage truck toy (they are his favorite) that is available for purchase at Toys R Us, Walmart, Target, etc. Simply put, those trucks have consistently broken over time and he loses interest because they eventually fail to function properly. Not only are Bruders more durable, but they are far more realistic in the way they function. Adding one Bruder to your child's toy collection is better than adding ten Tonkas. I can assure you that it will be worth the price!! We have now made a habit of buying Bruder trucks. They also have a phenomenal collection of construction vehicles, which are also very realistic and durable.

L'ho regalato al mio nipotino di tre anni che dopo un attimo di incredulità ha iniziato a metterci le mani ed compattare pezzetti di carta nel camion svuotando i bidoncini...é veramente un giocattolo ben pensato anche nelle dimensioni e costruito con attenzione alla sicurezza del bambino. E' molto resistente tanto che mio nipote, giocando, ci è salito a cavalcioni per guidarlo ed il camion ha retto benissimo

Mi dispiace ripetermi ma è un giocattolo, se si può definire così, perfetto, nei dettagli, nella robustezza, grandezza e funzionalità. È davvero divertente giocare con il camion della spazzatura 😄
