McCormick products are tried and true ... in addition to using it or a variety of meats, it also works great on bee stings!

Save the steak!
First time I ever used this but after getting a bad set of meat, meaning it's tough and you have to chew until your jaw hurts, added this following the directions to a steak and viola! It was much improved and edible tender! Super glad because that's 150 lbs of meat saved!!
