Natural Vitamin E 400 IU - D-Alpha-Tocopherol - Antioxidant - 200 Capsules

We have been using these Vitamin E supplements for a number of years now. Both my wife and I find them easy to swallow, helped by the soft‑gel capsule format.The capsule shell is made from bovine gelatin, so it is animal‑sourced and not vegan‑friendly. It is still a natural ingredient, just not plant‑based. I’ve included photos as well.The expiry dates have always been long — usually close to two years from purchase. The capsules come in a darkened bottle, which is ideal because Vitamin E can be damaged by light. Even when I sort my supplements into a weekly dispenser, I make sure the container is covered. I’d advise you to do the same.Vitamins A, D, E and K are fat‑soluble, so we always take this supplement with a meal containing fats. This particular product uses extra‑virgin olive oil as the carrier, which is both natural and helpful for absorption.I’m aware of the potential health benefits of Vitamin E, including skin health support, hair strength and resilience, immune system support, cardiovascular support, and age‑related nutritional support.Before starting these, we spoke with our doctor so they could check our medications and confirm what was appropriate for us. I personally take one capsule twice per week, which suits my needs considering my medication and otherwise healthy diet. You’ll need to work out — with proper guidance — what is suitable for your own situation.Overall, I very much recommend these natural, oil‑based Vitamin E supplements. I wouldn’t take them daily myself, and I suggest speaking with a healthcare advisor to determine what’s appropriate for you. They offer good value for money and are easy to take.

I’ve been using this Vitamin E for a few weeks now, and it’s pretty good. At 400 IU per softgel, it’s a solid dose if you’re looking for an antioxidant boost. I’ve noticed some improvements in my skin, and it feels like it’s helping overall with recovery and general health.That said, the dose is on the high side, so I’m not sure I’d take this long term. I’ll probably cycle it with breaks in between to be on the safe side. Still, it’s natural (D-Alpha-Tocopherol) and made with organic olive oil, so it’s good quality and feels like a clean supplement.Softgels are easy to swallow, and with 200 in the tub, it’ll last you ages. All in, it’s a decent option if you’re after a strong Vitamin E supplement.

I find it a bit odd that the last reviews for these are over a year ago and there has been nothing since. But I decided to take a risk and buy them as they fit the criteria i needed - natural and easy to swallow (I have issues with taking tablets and have choked on larger ones before.I initially bought these to help support my liver and body from oxidative stress as part of a wider programme of supplements. I had done some research about high-dosing so although the bottle recommends one a day, I take two which amounts to 800iu (this is not a serving suggestion for anyone else - you must make your own choices and do your own research).Surprisingly, I noticed a positive impact on my sleep. Having been an insomniac for almost 20 years who has tried literally everything, I was quite taken aback. But I noticed that within 20 mins of taking them, I start to feel sleepier than usual and my fitbit is registering more deep sleep. In some cases more than double what I usually get (which is normally very poor). As such, they are a solid part of my bedtime routine now and I shall be sticking to them.The product is 5 stars, I have only dropped it to 4 stars because of the packaging. You cannot recycle black plastic and that to me is incredibly important because I want to purchase things that support sustainability so I hope the manufacturers can take heed of this!

There's a reason why I will only buy these Vitamin E capsules....because they are excellent quality. I want the most bio available form and I want them in extra virgin olive oil; that's why I buy this brand. Many brands have other fillers and the vit e is in soy or rapeseed oil...no thank you. These are the no 1 in my view. Highly recommend.

This is truly Natural Vitamin E (D-Alpha-Tocopherol) and it is the only vitamin E with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I really like it but I hate that right now it's not available. Amazon must get enough inventory to supply their customers!
