The Rag Company’s Ultra Safe Sponge has quickly become one of my favorite wash tools. The build quality is excellent—the foam core is dense but lightweight, and the outer microfiber shell feels extremely soft and safe on paint. Paint Safety: This is where it shines. The long, plush fibers glide across the surface and trap dirt deep in the nap, keeping it away from the paint. It’s easily one of the safest sponges you can use on sensitive or darker finishes. This sponge is amazing. I thought it was just another sponge to wash your car with. First time I used it I fell in love with it. Funky design cuts in the sponge made it look like it would not be durable but the cuts actually help remove debris from the surface. It holds an enormous amount of liquid. I use it with a rinseless car wash and it didn't scratch my finish. I paired it with their microfiber towel and the results are awesome.

I have tried the big red sponge , and decided to give this one a shot as well, it came nicely packaged. Used it with some P&S rinseless, it pairs up great with it. Just follow the dilution instructions, put some on a sprayer and get to work. It feels smooth and it glides with the rinseless, definitely worth adding to your arsenal if your into rinseless. I'm sure it works with the other rinseless brands as well, I will have to try it out some of the ONR and DIY that I still have.

I picked up this sponge to use on rinseless washes after reading some recommendations online. Works way better than the microfiber towel method, and also helps me to not put too much pressure when cleaning off my car. Very soft. There is some damage to the sponge already in the form of tears, but I think that might’ve been user error (I rubbed against the grit guard with a lot of force).

Works well for a rinseless wash. Can't personally tell if it's scratching paint because all my cars came with the paint prescratched. Doesn't seem like it's making it worse though. I've used it at least 20 times with no noticeable wear. Fits well in my palm.

A soft sponge, nice size and shape for rinseless washing. I've only used once and there is some slight tearing in a couple of places, though I used it gently. So the four stars. We'll see how it lasts from here. Otherwise I'm glad to have tried it.
