Well designed carbon fiber rail camera slider. Can stand flat on it's own or mount on a stand so it's versatile for angles and shooting styles. The screw thread fits my camera alone as well as my attachable tripod heads that I have for panning and it came with a holder so I can attach my phone to it too. Lightweight, smooth sliding manual action slider. I get control and motion and balance all in one.

This is a fairly well-thought-out piece. It offers you a couple different options of how you want to use it, including whether to mount your camera on the top or the bottom. The tension screw on the slider piece has some plastic on the end to buffer it and keep it from scratching the carbon fiber rods. Not sure how long that will last but it seems adequate. Very smooth operation. Rolls nicely. Easy to level. The carrying case is nice to have as well!

I love the feel and quality and materials. This is an impressive looking unit, which works well for the most part. The case is ok and does a good job of protecting the camera slider. The control range is nice, giving you a good selection of speeds. On the downside, this unit uses a stepper motor which moves in little notches, and the vibration of those steps can affect lighter cameras. As it comes out of the box, you cannot use this slider with smartphones. If you turn video stabilization off, the image will be blurry from the vibrations. If you turn stabilization on, the camera will try and eliminate the vibrations and result in image "swimming". The only way to eliminate this is to loosen the belt, and use a heavy ball mount to add weight and dampen the vibrations. This fixed vibrations during horizontal and 45 degree movements, but there can still be vibration issues when the slider is used vertically. Speed adjustments can help by changing the frequency of the steps. A stepper motor is used to allow precise speed adjustments, but by nature it is not a smooth motor. You cannot mechanically isolate the motor from the platform, so the most permanent solution would be to use an isolation hub cog to drive the platform (design change by the manufacturer), or add isolation mounts for both belt attachment points (possible if you are handy with modifications). Another issue is that the start and stop points need to be programmed each time. The settings are lost when the battery is removed. This is expected. However, the settings are also lost when the power switch is turned off, because the switch is simply a battery disconnect. This is a high quality product, but with a few design issues that can mostly be overcome.

The slider itself seems OK. Haven't used it yet, but seems sturdy. The phone mount sucks and the case is really bad. Very bad stiching which will jam the zipper on your first pull if you aren't extremely careful. I had to spend 15 minutes getting it unjammed. Lots of loose threads. 3rd world quality. I hope the QC on the slider is better.

I purchased this because I knew I needed a slider if I wanted to up my video production level but wasn't sure about what I needed. While I am still getting use to using it I am pleased with the results. It is easy to use and more importantly easy to set up. Just take it out of the supplied padded bag, mount it on a tripod or flat surface, attach a tripod head or not, level it and you are ready to shoot. I'm currently using it with my iPhone and a Beastgrip cage and have had no problems with smoothness, other than my own jerkiness starting or stopping the motion.

This is an awesome small slider Smoooooth (just align the wheels via the nut) Very nice bump stops, though I added some more padding. Quite light, as rods are carbon fiber. Sturdy camera hold. Has a slider stop nut. One downside is that I'm using it a bit odd and had to screw the legs into something, but they use 1/4-28 thread, which is annoying when everything else mounds via 1/4-20 thread. The pouch it comes with is fine, it''ll protect from dust but not impact. Overall very much recommended.

This slider is just absolutely insane. Very lightweight but durable/solid. Easy to attach to a tripod and the movement is super smooth. I like being able to controle the friction as well, which help get more consistent looking shots. The travel bag is built well and everything fits into it without a problem. Very good slider for the cost.

Questo piccolo slider Neewer da 40cm risulta un ottimo primo slider per chi non ha pretese esagerate. Lo slider arriva con alcuni accessori essenziali, come la borsa per il trasporto, una brugola e un piccolo adattatore da 1/4 a 3/8. Lo slider è poi dotato di quattro piedini in gomma rimuovibili e di una pratica bolla. Al di sotto dello slider troviamo diverse filettature, sia da 1/4 sia da 3/8. La costruzione non è precisissima, infatti il carrello dello slider oscilla leggermente e questo può compromettere la stabilità delle riprese. Riprese che, nel complesso, risultano fluide e utilizzabili ma serve una buona mano per ottenere riprese davvero professionali. In sintesi, si tratta di un ottimo slider economico che permette di approcciarsi con poco ai movimenti di macchina. Se però cercate soluzioni molto fluide, vi consiglio di rivolgervi a prodotti di fascia più alta.

Ce modèle de 40 cm est léger et réellement transportable. Les roulements sont de très bonne qualité et l'ajustement sur le rail est bien inférieur au millimètre (il n'y a pas de jeu). Il est possible d'ajuster la hauteur des pieds en les dévissant. Ils possèdent un écrou de verrouillage. La finition avec la fibre de carbone est super jolie. Il est également possible d'utiliser un trépied lesté pour une fixation centrale. Cela permet de faire des déplacements en rotation en plus du mouvement sur le rail. Il n'est pas fourni avec une tête pivotante à 360°, mais uniquement avec le support téléphone. Il faut donc l'acheter à part, comme pour la majorité des sliders. La housse de rangement est d'une super qualité. Elle est rembourrée et permet de glisser d'autres accessoires. C'est un très rapport qualité prix comparé aux autres modèles dans ces prix.

Smooth sliding movement, light making it convenient to carry. Superb stability. Rugged bag is just right for storage and keeping it looking good!
