Better than expected!!!!!!
My Spiralizer arrived on time. I had just purchased zucchini, summer squash, butternut squash, onion, rutabaga and bell peppers to be ready to try this gadget out. First, "gadget" does not do this justice. It is a well made solid piece of kitchen equipment. It took a few moments only to get it ready to go. Zucchini was my first choice. I looked in the small instruction manual for which blade to use and it said all blades. Ok, for a newbie that's not helpful but there are so many GREAT instruction videos on the Brieftons site that it was easy to find one that gave me more specific directions. I slid the blade in, cut the ends off the zucchini and spun. Whoops...forgot the suction....a quick flip of the lever and the device was attached to the counter as if i'd bolted it. Spun again and out came strings of perfectly spiraled zucchini. It was that easy. I got to the end and pulled back the spinner. Out came a 1/4 inch or so of zucchini end along with the coolest tube of uncut zucchini from the middle. That core was delicious, a cooks benefit. Next up was summer squash which of course is nearly identical. Then Bell Pepper, I was amazed that bell pepper was suggested but what the heck. So I cut the top stem off and dug around inside to get the seeds out. Changed the blade to the one suggested in the video on the site and spun....wow, spiralized bell pepper. I'd never seen it and frankly wouldn't have believed it. Well by now I had quite a bit of food for dinner for two but I couldn't help but try an onion. Besides it would add a little zest to the meal, so I cut a fairly large onion in half, skinned it and stuck it in, spiral onion. I wasn't sure what would happen when pushing through something with the internal leaves of an onion but again, great results. So....now....well by now I did have a bunch of pieces of vege all over the Spiralizer. It was time to clean it up. This is a task that many times kills the love of a kitchen device. I loved my mandolin (not Brieftons, haven't tried theirs) till I had to clean it. And looking at the spiralizer it didn't look like it would be that easy. Well I was wrong, it was a snap to clean with a simple kitchen sink brush. Within 2 or 3 minutes every part was clean and put away. I will say I'm not one to dry things too diligently so it might take a little longer if you are fussy about that but it was easy. This thing is way better than I expected and even a little better than my most optimistic hopes. My next adventure is to get a lot of vege's and freeze the results. Off to see what it does to an Apple..... Update after 8 months. It's even better because I know more about how to use it. And I tried freezing Zucchini and Beets and they come out of the freezer perfect from ziplock bags. So now I buy several lbs of either one at a time and spiralize a bunch putting 12 oz in zip locks for 2 person dinners and freezing. The suction continues to work the entire time. I can easily do 5 lbs of zucchini in about 10 to 15 minutes. Beets take a little longer because I peel them. I'm still amazed and this is THE BEST KITCHEN ACCESSORY I've ever bought. Obviously from the reviews I'm in good company.

It does was it what it says it will do, easily, safely, securely and while having fun doing it!
I have tried other spiralizers and this one is certainly the best. # 1 It grips to the counter easily and securely. #2 The vegetables securely and easily attached to the gripper, there is no slipping off. #3 The blades work to produce exactly what they're supposed to. #4 The product includes a collection container which also has a lid for keeping any extras fresh. #5 the instructions are clear, recipes are given and online help and recipes are available. #6 It is fun to use and will definitely help with all the garden vegetables this year!

Easy & Quick Way to a New World of Eating
I *just* used the Spiralizer the first time. I love it! * Easy setup * Easy cleaning (tho having a brush handy will be useful to remove stuck-in-the-blade veggie). * Easy to spin (tho I used only zucchini so far); easy, but perhaps elderly might find it slightly hard to push a veggie into the blade. Zucchini presented a *little* more resistance than I expected. But really, it's not much difficulty at all. Yet to see about tougher veggies like a beet. * I love the option of 7-blades for extra versatility at just (currently) a couple dollars more over the 4-year older model with just 5 blades. * Grateful for the included rectangular catch/storage tray. You really do need a "square" container to catch the veggies because they will fall off to the side (onto your counter) with a rounded bowl. And, you need a low catch-container (as is the included tray) because the base of the crank-handle assembly moves over the bowl (extends to about a couple inches over the bowl) as you spiral toward the end of your veggie. So you need a container that's not very tall. * Grateful too for the many included ebooks with purchase. Tho there are a ton of recipes online at various websites, too. * The printed manual in the box has a super helpful two-page chart of various veggies, ideal blades for them, what to make with that veggie, how to cook (or not) and storage tips for that veggie. * All in all, great! And inexpensive for the healthier me that I'll become. I was getting so bored with the same ol' foods all the time and the Spiralizer will bring diversity to my diet, healthier options to be sure, and it's quick to use. Meals with it are generally pretty quick to make, and it all really couldn't be easier. It's opened up a whole new way of cooking & eating. That's all pretty cool for such a bargain price.

Didn't really mean to buy it, but I like it lol
Having had a teething baby that kept me awake at all hours, I admit that this was an impulsive 3am purchase that I probably shouldn't have made. I also meant to return it as soon as I got it, but missed the return window. So-- I figured since I had it, I might as well use it. And I actually do really like it. I've only tested it out with zucchini to make zucchini noodles, and they came out perfectly. It was intuitive, easy to use, and easy to clean. I tried to use a bowl to capture all of the noodles, but found that using the container that came with the purchase was better because you need a low height to capture the spiralized contents. I docked one star because of two things: I wish that this could be one-handed. It was kind of a hassle to have to push the handle in while spiralizing. I agree with another reviewer that there is still a good chunk of veggie left in the spiralizer that ideally would've been spiralized as well, but was too now too small to be pushed into the slicer. Anyway, it works well and I like it! I do not see myself using it often at all, but I have it, and I'm sure I'll use it sometime again in the future.

Ease of use
I love my new Brieftons 7-blade vegetable spiralizer. The how to use video is great and shows how easy it is to set up the spiralizer and ease of use. Was concerned about keeping the spiralizer in place when using it but the suction system is awesome and keeps it in place without any movement. I will definitely be using my spiralizer weekly if not daily

Spiralizer making dinner easier.
Love how easy it is to use. We have already made multiple recipes using it. The perfect amount of cutting options and size of equipment isn't crazy big.

It’s Worth The Money - Buy It!
I ordered my Spiralizer as an Amazon Prime customer after buying some zucchini and summer squash. I was very disappointed that I wouldn’t get it until May 6, 2020, because of the current COVID-19 pandemic. But, I fully understood that precautions have to taken and that essentials have higher priority, so I understood. Much to my surprise, the Spiralizer shipped early and it arrived today (Sunday) via the US Postal Service! After taking all precautions with the box, I opened my Spiralizer and proceeded to familiarize myself with it. I did not read the directions carefully, and I initially struggled to get the blade holder loose. (I should have.) My son assisted me, and I read the instructions carefully. We totally disassembled the unit, washed and dried all of the parts, and then reassembled it. I did not need to watch the videos, but it was nice to know that they were available if I needed them. Once I selected one of my zucchini squash, I selected the 2mm blade and cut the ends off my zucchini. I attached it to the Spiralizer and started cutting. The most awkward part of the whole process was using my left hand to keep the pressure constant as I turned the handle with my right hand. That is why I gave it 4 stars for “Easy to use“. However, the end product was just as I expected - angel hair zucchini noodles! It was fast and efficient, and the noodles were delicious! I cut up the core and the endpiece, and ate it with my rice bowl - no waste. Next, my son tried the curly fries blade using Yukon Gold potatoes and we were not disappointed! Even though it was after dinner, I turned on the cooker fryer just so we could fry some of them. They cooked up crispy and delicious! The bottom line is that this little manual spiralizer works! The blades are very sharp, the suction cup holds firmly (I have a granite countertop), and the unit and blades are easy to clean. I have only had it for a few hours, and I am pleased with my purchase. I have many kitchen gadgets and this newest one is already one of my favorites! I am so happy that my Spiralizer came sooner than anticipated. This versatile unit costs a lot less than others on the market, and I am glad that I did not buy a Spiralizer as an attachment to my professional mixer. With seven blades, it does a lot! As the title says, “It’s Worth The Money - Buy It!”
