So Good, I Feel Like a Real Perfumer Now lol
I've always wanted to try making my own perfume, but tbh I was pretty intimidated. I saw this perfume base and decided to give it a shot, and I am so glad I did. This stuff is a total game-changer for anyone wanting to get into DIY scents. It's so easy to use. You just add your essential oils to the base, mix it up, and that’s pretty much it. The instructions are super simple. The best part is that the base itself is completely odorless, so it doesn't mess with your scents at all. My first couple of tries came out smelling exactly how I wanted them to, btw. The quality of the final product is what really blew me away. The perfumes I've made smell professional, and they have crazy good staying power. It really feels like I'm wearing a high-end fragrance. I love that I can now create my own custom scents that nobody else has. For the price, you get a ton of base to play around with, so I'll be experimenting for a long time. I highly recommend this. It's a fantastic product and has been so much fun.

Perfectly good beginner perfume base.
It’s fine. The instructions on the side label however are completely wrong. And that sucks because it could put people off when they try and end up with a mess. So if you buy this alcohol all you need is a fragrance oil to add to this a good rule of thumb is 20% fragrance oil to alcohol. You do not add a carrier oil you do not add water. The fragrance will develop over two weeks but will be fine to use after 3 days. You can make perfume oil in a similar way. If you add water it will go cloudy. Water is used in very small amounts in perfume making so that it’s more gentle on the skin and can help the fragrance. But I wouldn’t recommend it especially not at beginner level. Overall I want to stress how easy it is to make perfume at this level, don’t be put off it’s really fun and as complicated as you want it to be.

Is it pure?
Its not pure form of alcohol and I can confirm that there is a smell like isopropyl alcohol which reduce the quality of perfume overall. I would find alternative as this doesn't attract me and create a doubt of its purity.
