Makes for flavorful cold brew
Maybe itโs the halo effect of โorganicโ but these beans are richer with flavor compared to the conventionally grown (and likely artificially flavored vanilla) ones I previously bought bulk from a local grocer. I cold brewed a batch the same as conventional (fine ground 1 cup beans to 3 cups water, 24 hour steep in the fridge) and sipped to my delight. I then splashed full fat oat milk and the flavor exploded even more. The color is dark, flavor rich, the vanilla subtle but present, and even lower acidity than conventionally cold-brewed beans. Good value for the money, this is now my go-to coffee.

Strong coffee
We used to buy Jose's Vanilla Nut coffee from Costco but wanted to switch to organic. This coffee is very good. The vanilla is not as strong but it's not synthetic so I guess that's normal. The coffee these beans make is very strong. Maybe 2 to 3 times stronger than Jose's. We use much less so this bag will last much longer than expected. I will be buying again.

Has a good flavor, bitters out at the end. Aroma is good, looking forward to trying the Milky Way flavor.
