I am not an expert on these types of things as have avoided them for so long , however when stepping up my workouts felt like my muscles were running out of energy before I had pushed myself as far as I could so gave it a go. Not a fan of the taste, didn't even taste like energy drink or anything I could name. I didn't gag but it wasent an enjoyable experience was just gulp down get it over with. Deinflty gave a buzz after 15 minutes of drinking but did feel it start to wear off again with in an hour. Maybe this just wasent the right one for me but like I said not an expert.

Product works as described but the flavour I got (energy burst) is vile, can recommend the brand but not the flavour. Other flavours may be nicer but avoid the energy one

He's very happy with it. Make sure you train after taking it. My son Defo was power boosted.
