It is a thick liquid so I was concerned that it may break the humidifier pump, however so far it has not. 1 part to 9 parts water seemed like too much to me, so I lessened the mixture and it still seems to be working well. The colloidal silver appears to be clumping somewhat but I think that is because I didn't mix it enough. I used distilled water as is suggested.
