TBH, I have no idea how effective this is in my case, I am using it on my leg and knee which are struggling to recover from a major op. No way to tell whether it's benefitted me or not, but the placebo effect is a real thing, so hopefully some benefit! Sarcasm aside, the Senior Physiotherapist I see speaks very highly of RLT, and I will say that this seems a very high-quality piece of kit, you certainly get what you pay for I think. My review is based on the quality of the device rather than a medical evaluation! I will start to use as a more general wellbeing thing soon rather than focus on my operation site, I hear good things about RLT as a general wellbeing aid. I should say my other half used it on her shoulder for aches and pains a few times and did feel it helped.

solid peice of kit with 72 quad chips and plenty of power , recommended dose is 3-4 minutes for skin treatment but I'm doing 5 minutes at 18 inch away , my skin seems better already and only takes 5 up minutes of your day ,I do feel good after using it I'll update after a month

I like that it's very simple and yet has some flexibility should i need it. Well made and just works. The timer is simple and works well, although at end it just switches off the panel so if you have relaxed too deeply it won't wake you up! I like this ultra 360.

Arrived well packaged. The unit is quite heavy and well built. Easy to use. I'm yet to see the results (after 2 months of regular use) but in terms of light therapy it is early days. The one thing I have noticed is, if I use it before bed, it helps to fall asleep fast. So if you have trouble sleeping this is something to consider (along with other benefits of course).

Works for me/melasma and on fine wrinkles, heavy duty machine. I was getting red light in a doctor's office and after 5 sessions, one 30 min per week session my face was brighter. Saving money woth this machine, it does cost money but WAY cheaper than office visit and cheaper than burning money on one that doesn't work. Went down a rabbit hole of research and landed on this brand for many reasons. Lots of videos out there about wave length and light strength that you can look into. Been using this for a few months and after a few weeks my melasma got lighter. I was very nervous because I read it did the opposite for some people. My skin is in better condition and a bit tighter too! Will be using something similar for life! Strongly recommend. My sister got one from Costco that you use directly on your face, it is a world of difference. This one is strong and professional, the other one felt so light weight and ineffective. Also, red light face masks don't work, your welcome lol.

I bought this after doing research on red light and near infrared, the benefits on joint pain and skin health, and some claims out there that it can help with infertility (we are years into trying to conceive at this point, I am really reaching for anything). Also since trying to conceive, I am looking for anything that will help with pain relief as I’m not able to take the usual meds that keep me feeling okay. This is a solidly built unit. Not cheaply made at all. It is ready to go out of the box, all you have to do is plug in the power cord. I love the slight warmth that comes from it. I’ve just started treatment so too soon to tell how it will work. I have autoimmune disease so I have multiple joints I am trying to use this on. This is an expensive unit but I believe it is worth it. Would love the full body panel but that is out of my price point at this time and will have to make this work one body part at a time. So far, very pleased with my purchase.

I’m sure you’ve read the literature, it’s great for your health to use red light therapy. The Hooga panel is easy to set a time and soak up the benefits. It’s durable and built well, not to mention it feels nice when the IR is turned on too. My dog likes to lay in front of it as well

You know I’m always suspicious of this kind of stuff, but I went ahead and bought it by recommendation of my doctor. Honestly, I have to say that it seems to be making a difference. I don’t know if this is the placebo effect but I feel better (clarity of mind & less prone to depression) and my sleep patterns have improved. Who knew? It has a really solid build.
