Impeccable! Arrived shiny 100% with no scratches on it. Very well packaged, excellent quality. Made coffee next day, whole place had a nice coffee scent , so comforting. Coffee is delicious, so happy with my purchase. Might buy one for my Mom!

Arrived in new condition with no dents/scratches and an extra glass knob. I like that the brand name is etched on the glass and barely noticeable instead of on the outside of the pot. The silicone handle is comfortable to grip and doesn't get hot, but I don't like the color. (I am happy to discover there is another option by this company that offers a wood handle, and I will probably try that one because of the bigger size as well.) I like that the company states that this is 18/8 stainless steel. I'm throwing out my electric percolator and learning how to use this but, I don't use a filter and there are some grounds in my cup, but not enough to bother me. I feel like it would be easier to clean if there wasn't a hinge on the lid. The glass knob doesn't sit tightly on the lid, I always remove it before opening.

Love this little coffee percolator. I’m the only one who drinks coffee in our house so this is perfect for me. It’s easy to clean. I like this much better than the K-cup makers that are difficult and annoying to try and clean. And the coffee tastes better. I use mine on a gas stove. Used it for months and it still looks brand new.

This is a perfect coffee pot for 2 12oz mugs of really hot coffee. We bought the all natural filters to use with it. We put hot water in from our electric tea kettle, so that it perks GENTLY on the stove top for about 5 min. Also we only tighten the glass on the top, gently, so we've had no problem with breakage. They give an extra glass top as well. We use it a lot. If the water is above the bottom of the filter basket you may get some grounds in your coffee, so we don't over fill. It's a clean healthy way and the coffee is much hotter than Keurigs or drip coffee makers.

Got this for my mother who prefers percolated coffee. She saw one in a catalogue, but this one was cheaper and, I thought, a little nicer. She does need to use basket coffee filters with this or the grounds make a mess. I like the covered handle.
