Review: great buy - Its so hard to get all the ingredients you need in every high st so ordered on line and despite it being Christmas time it arrived as promised and was delicious. For anyone who wants a treat but doesnt really want to pay for genuine beluga this is a lovely substitute.
Review: Is this called fraud? It says fish product made from smoked herring! - On the container it says 'fish product made from smoked herring!' Is this then Caviar or the eggs of a herring! That's my question! I'm really shocked. I've had lumpfish and now I thought I'd like to taste again the taste of my childhood and yes, it is good...but its not what I was looking for. I'm welcoming comments on this please!

Its so hard to get all the ingredients you need in every high st so ordered on line and despite it being Christmas time it arrived as promised and was delicious. For anyone who wants a treat but doesnt really want to pay for genuine beluga this is a lovely substitute.

Obviously the cost of this product is far less than Caviar, but it should not be labelled as such. In my opinion the lump fish sold for far less in supermarkets, tastes just as good. Next year it will have to be the REAL thing for me !
